The man shows up an hour early, no phone call. Spends about 1 minute looking at roof. Never sends estimate even tho I called twice. Losers

I know this is a late response... sorry for your bad service here at Planchon Roofing. Every single customer is very important to us. We strive to get our estimates out as fast as possible.

Horrible company, do not do business with them. They came out to paint my neighbors roof. Got paint and debris all over my yard then a day later when it rained all the paint washed off the roof into my property and into the street. A complete environmental disaster. Now they won’t respond to my neighbor and have dumped gallons of paint into the street. Shameful.

We would not purposely dump into our waste system. Sorry your unhappy with your neighbors roof work. Sure was not our intention to make our customer, or the neighbor unhappy. I know this is a late reply, however, not even sure of what address this is for.

A few months back we were looking to get our roof done. After researching and people recommending this company we contacted them. They did show up the next day to do an estimate. After two days my husband gets an email about the cost to redo the roof. He told them he wanted to move forward and get the roof done. The gentleman was supposed to meet my husband to sign papers to move forward but didn't come by. He called on Friday but assumed they just wanted to leave early. He called back on Monday and no answer. We ended up hiring a different company. Poor communication with this company which was disappointingbecause of the good reviews.

I highly recommend Planchon Roofing in San Pablo! They did an outstanding job putting a new roof on my mom’s house. From start to finish, the crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of her home and property. The quality of their work really shows, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They kept everything clean and did a fantastic job from beginning to end. It’s a great feeling knowing my mom has a beautiful, well-installed roof over her head. Thank you Dana, Lisa and everyone at Planchon Roofing for taking such good care of my mom and doing an excellent job. If you’re looking for a roofing company you can trust, I would definitely recommend Planchon Roofing!

Planchon just installed a new roof for me and it was a flawless experience. They are a family owned roofing company that’s been in business for 75 years. Roof replacement was done in a day, and looks fantastic. Trustworthy, reliable and excellent communicators.

Planchon Roofing is hands down my go-to roofing company — both personally and professionally. They’re consistent, thorough, and professional, period. As a Realtor, I’ve referred them to countless buyers and sellers over the years, and they’ve never let me down. They’ve also done work and repairs on my own roof after a solar company broke tiles and left voids that caused water penetration. Planchon not only fixed the issues but also helped me get the solar company to accept responsibility and handle the repairs quickly — true advocates for their clients. Antonio, in particular, deserves special mention. He goes above and beyond with every inspection — detailed, communicative, and always takes the time to explain his findings clearly so clients understand what truly matters. Planchon Roofing sets the bar for reliability and quality workmanship. Highly recommend!

We’ve been working with Planchon Roofing for over 5 years and have had an excellent experience every time. Their communication is always prompt and professional, and inspection reports are typically completed within just a couple days. They consistently go above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, even with last-minute requests. Reliable, efficient, and great to work with — we highly recommend Planchon Roofing to fellow agents, buyers, and sellers.

I need a new roof on my house and I was a little intimidated by the whole process. I reached out to three different roofing contractors and Damon Planchon personally came out to talk to me about the aspects of the whole job. I end up going with Planchon roofing to do the job on three important criteria, the attention to detail the communication to the whole process, put me and my family at ease, and they were the lowest price so if you need any roofing projects done, I would highly advise to call Planchon roofing Cause you come as a customer and you leave as a friend when you’re done with them.

My go to specialists for everything roofing! My only gripe is I wish they worked outside the immediate counties. I’ve relied on Planchon for the last 20 years and am fortunate enough to align myself them early in the business. I use them for all my properties and can confidently say they are reliable in work and fair with pricing.

I highly recommend Planchon Roofing as my top roofing company. Having been a REALTOR® for over 35 years, I've referred countless clients to this family-owned business. I've found Planchon to be very fair with their prices and spot-on in being on time when I've requested inspections for clients in contract on homes. They have made extra efforts to go the extra mile for me which I truly appreciate in my line of business.
