“I hired this company expecting a smooth roof replacement, but it quickly became frustrating. The crew seemed disorganized, and the work felt rushed. They left debris behind, and within a month I noticed small leaks. Not what I expected at all.”

Pacific Coast Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof. We also had 2 skylights installed and 3 sun tubes put in. The carpenters were very careful in the installations, they sectioned off the area under the skylights and sun tubes …

These guys are awesome! They did such a great job replacing our roof. And they were really good communicators, both in person and with prompt and thorough emails. And all the workers were super friendly, detail-oriented, conscientious, and good, responsive listeners. They clearly aim to please, and really enjoy what they do. We also had several skylights and solar tubes that needed replacement, which they did a fantastic job with.

As a former general contractor I've seen a variety of roofing contractors in action. Pacific Coast was a pleasure to deal with on my home. The estimate was clear, the decisions to make on details were dealt with before the actual work began so there would be minimal chance for a hold up or dissatisfaction, and the crew doing the work did a great job in record time.

We hired Pacific Coast Roofing to replace our roof in north Oakland in June of 2023 before we added more solar panels. We were pleased with the timeliness and quality of the work, owner Brian Palkowski's knowledgeability including regarding preparing for installation of solar panels, and the good communication from Brian. We've recommended him to others and will continue to do so.

I needed a roof and gutter replacement on my small house. Got 4 bids. Pacific had the best price and their bid was the most thorough. When I chatted with them on the phone they answered all my questions with the right answers. A few months later my roof and gutters are installed, looks great, and kept me dry in the last storm. Their workers were all polite and respectful of my property. After the install they came back to tweak some of the downspout placements per my request with no fuss. An excellent experience and I can't recommend Pacific Coast highly enough!
