Steve cold calls me constantly asking me how old my roof is. I asked him to take me off the list and he just keeps asking how old my roof is. I asked if he can hear me and he says yeah I don’t have a list how old is your roof. Steve stop calling me!

Two young gentlemen came to fix the metal ridge vents on our townhome. we had a really bad windstorm and blew the ridge vents loose and came off. they did an excellent job and were very polite and fast and very reasonable. Very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone who need roof work done. thank you guys' job well done.

Pioneer replaced my warehouse roof. Showed up on time, got it done quick, and didn’t leave a mess. Explained what they were doing without any BS. New roof’s solid, and the price was fair. Good guys, I’d call ‘em again.

Awesome company! I’ve been working with Pioneer for over 15 years. Incredibly trustworthy, honest, and hard working. Recently had a storm that gave me concerns about the integrity of my roof. The owner sent an inspector to check out my roof at no cost.

Efficient, trustworthy, and best value on the market. My family used them to do the roof for our renovation and they made the process so easy and seamless. Steve and his family are fabulous people and I cannot recommend them enough. I sleep well at night knowing my kids are growing up under a sturdy roof!

I manage several properties in the area and we use pioneer for all projects small and large. Always a great experience working with them. Fair cost

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Pioneer Roofing Systems. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
