The owner Justin came out on May 10Th to give me a quote on pool re-screen and gutter installation for a new garage. He took all the measurements and said he would contact me within 3days and I have still to hear anything! I called the office May 22ND and left a message because no one ever picks up since they are only open for business from 10am until 2pm and still no one calls back. I just don’t understand why you would bother going to someone’s house to give a quote and not bother contacting the potential customer back. This is a bad way of doing business!!!!!

Our apologies sir that you felt we were unable to help you, however when you called on 9-30 to set up an appointment for your free estimate, we scheduled you on that Thursday 10-3 for our representative to come out to your home. The day of your estimate you cancelled your appointment with the reason of you changing your mind. We are more than happy to still come out to look at your project and let you know what can be done for you.

Phelps did a fantastic job replacing our screen room, carport & porch after hurricane Milton dropped a tree across the roof and hail damaged the remainder of the roof. As busy as they were after the hurricane they finished our job expeditionary. The crew and the owner himself completed the job and left no mess whatsoever. We would recommend Phelps to anyone looking for quality at a fair price.

A couple years ago....he came out and put flashing up on my neighbor's roof who then referred Phelps to me for my roof. Awesome work, quality materials, and extremely pleased. Water tight roof since. Seeking to have more work done on a new place I am in. Phelps is detailed and efficient. Again....highly recommended.
