  Persevere Roofing did an excellent job of replacing my roof and working with my insurance company. Alex, O’Connell was our representative and he worked diligently to make sure everything was covered properly. He checked with me often during the project to ensure I was comfortable with the work being done and pleased with the outcome I would recommend this company and Alex, highly!

  I couldn’t be happier with the work that Nate Hathcock and his team at Persevere Roofing performed. I have a very unique geodesic dome roof that had been damaged by hail, and it was important to me to find the right company to do the work. Nate expertly navigated me through the claim process with thorough documentation of the damage, explanation of the procedures and terms, and maintained clear, dependable communication throughout the project. He showed genuine concern for our family and pets and helped us develop a plan that effectively removed inconvenience and invasiveness while our house was pretty much being taken apart and put back together. Persevere has a full crew of ninja-installers who worked quickly and efficiently while remaining detail-oriented. The crew shingled the geometry impeccably clean, flashed seven skylights, and installed EPDM rubber on the flat and low-pitched extensions. Another crew did interior work, fixing cracked seams and painting to look good as new. For most houses, I would say this is no big deal, but my ceiling is almost 30 feet at the peak, made up of triangles, and very few right angles. I highly recommend Persevere Roofing. This company definitely exceeded my high expectations.

  Last month I was very fortunate to meet Nate Hatchcock who works for Persevere Roofing. His roofing team and painters repaired our roof in one day just before we were hit with a deluge of rain. The process was seamless, from the paperwork to the hard labor. Nate walked us through the process and our home insurance paid for everything, less the deductible. The workers covered our plants and moved outside furnishings. When they were done, except for a beautiful new roof, no one could tell a crew of roofers had been there. Thank you Nate for fixing a problem that could have become a disaster.

  My contact was John Burnham and from start to finish he was totally involved in the process! The installers were extremely efficient and took great care of protecting all the house surroundings (landscaping, windows, outdoor furniture, etc. I have highly recommended John & Persevere Roofing to many friends and neighbors!

  We had a great experience with Persevere Roofing. John was fantastic to work with and made the whole process so much easier than we expected. He was always available to answer questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The installation crew was just as impressive. They worked quickly, did a great job, and were very respectful of our home and yard. They cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished, and every person on the team was genuinely kind and courteous. Replacing a roof can be stressful, but John and the entire Persevere Roofing team made it a smooth experience from start to finish.   I called Persevere Roofing, because I thought I had a problem with water droplets on my fireplace. The next day John Burnham came out and wanted to know my concerns. He listened, then decided on a roof inspection. He showed me pictures of my roof and areas that could become problems in the future. He straightened my fireplace flue cap. There was no sales pitch nor any high-pressure tactics, just courteous and honest service. Oh, he told me my roof was in good shape. Thanks, Persevere Roofing for the free professional roof inspection. They will be my first choice of roofing contractors.
