Excellent job on new roof with lots of ventilation. Alexis and his father are super nice and super knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with them. They came to inspect, provide options and estimates. And they are the same people who came to do the work themselves with a couple of helpers. They completely cleaned up everything when they were done and protected our garden before working. Completed job in two days with minimal disruption. Gave us choices and pictures. A real pleasure. We recommend them highly. (Skip the hard sell impersonal companies and skip the ones without so much expertise.) Professional to the nth degree. They even painted the pipes which stick up from our roof in a color of our choosing with no extra charge and adeptly answered all our questions. The roof looks amazing and strong.

These guys did a great job on my shed. They showed up on time, worked with some additional requests I had, and all at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

Their work is excellent and they did the job on time and as promised. They also accommodated without pushback requests for improving the appearance of the flashing and replacing boards. Also appreciated the thorough cleanup after the job was done. Very little debris or nails to contend with.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 7, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Performance Home Improvement Roofing - Ypsilanti. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
