The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Perez Construction & Roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
Other reviews we hold
2 more of the 2 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

We hired Perez Roofing to replace the shingle and metal panels of our 2-story home and we love our beautiful new roof! The Perez team was professional and courteous throughout the project, and Mr. Perez kept us in the loop with good communication. We were so impressed with how fast and easy the team ripped off the old roof (like a bandaid) and installed the new shingle and metal panels with great attention to detail, installing straight and clean lines in every section of the roof. We also appreciated the team’s help with repairing some weathered/damaged areas and for keeping the work site clean for our dogs to continue using the yard while under construction. Working with Perez was easy from beginning to end. We love our new roof, and sleep better at night knowing the work was done right. We would happily work with Perez again in the future.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 4 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 4, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Perez Construction & Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
