  If I could give them 0 stars I would. Our family used this company to replace our roof 18 months ago. A week after the roof was replaced, it rained and there was big wet spots in our living room, child’s bedroom and our master bathroom. We called Garliss Roofing and they sent someone out and apparently, he said our ridge cap was the wrong size - the ridge cap that they had just put on. This is what was causing the leakage. The next day, a crew came out and seemed to have fixed it. They let us keep a partial payment and they kept the remainder of it. 18 months later and our roof is still leaking and we are having to get another roofing company to fix what Garliss Roofing did incorrectly. We’ve given them countless attempts to make this right and now they will not return our calls. I would truly refrain from using them as a roofing company and go with someone else.

  He was great in person seemed very polite but then tried to tell me false information about insurance claims so I was a bit hesitant. I got more quotes that were VASTLY cheaper for the same product and even a metal roof the price he quoted for shingles. So I informed him I appreciated his help and unfortunately I would have to go with someone else. He called and gave me no chance to talk or inform him the prices were over 20% different and insulted me. I will never recommend someone who I might have before this call. He questioned my moral compass during the call and honestly with the lie he told me to get business I would question his.

  They came and inspected my roof but never showed to meet my insurance adjustor and never called him to discuss needs. I ended up with a low quote from imsurance and having to call someone for repair. Very disappointed.

  These latest reviews are politically motivated, and not people I have done work for. As one can see, we have consistently done very good work for a very long time, and it is very sad that someone would try to hurt someone’s livelihood due to the fact that I don’t believe 100% what they do. We are working to have these unfortunate reviews removed. Thank you for understanding.

  Jody and his crew did an awesome job on our roof! He went above and beyond to make the process easy for us, and ensured that the job was done right. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future. Solid work and a good guy.

  My roof was recently replaced by Garliss Roofing. I couldn't be more pleased. Everyone I dealt with, from the office to the crew, was courteous, helpful, and efficient. The job took only one day. At the end of the job, the crew cleaned up the grounds and it was like they were never there, except I now had a beautiful new roof. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Garliss Roofing.
