  Waste of time. Had to call twice to get a estimate in the first place, but signed a contract to have the work done anyway, I should have known better because they never showed up to do the work.

  I believe you did, I bet you never considered that we have been having Phone problems with all the rain over the last few weeks? They are to fix the system tomorrow. people that do what you just did should get a life ... sorry to be so blunt but it gets to be a little absurd!!

  I had a lot of work done by Paul. Roof gutters siding windows door. While the work was satisfactory, he will not call you back even while the work is under warranty. I called about some minor issues and it took years for him to come out. Now I have gutter and siding damage from the storm and he won't return my call at all. As you can see from the other reviews he is unresponsive. If you don't want or can't do the work at least call and tell people instead of ignoring them. He did the same thing to my mother in law. Reply to response Evidently this is the only way to get a response from you. I left 4 voicemails on the 16 18 19 and 23 of February. I didn't yell or scream so stop exaggerating. You have posted the same response to others that you somehow didn't get the first call. Maybe you need to get your phone checked and stop blaming your customers.

  I knew you would write a review that indicated that I did not return your first call which I never received ! When I did receive your message you were screaming that I never returned your first call and that may be why I did not return your call....this social media is the best and worst thing that could have happened to America....Next time try to be a little patient. I don't respond to well to people that yell in order to get a response...

  Called and left a message twice an I never received a call back. This seems like a reoccurring theme. I called on November 11th @ 10:43AM and on November 12th @ 1:28 PM. It is now November 23rd an I am moving on.

  Excellent all the way. Replaced roof and gutters guys were great to deal with. They did there job and you would never know they were there they cleaned up so well. A+++¥

  Paul returned my call same day and sent someone over the following day to take a look. After not getting emails or calls returned from a variety of craft people, it was refreshing to see he cared. Great customer experience!

  I thought I did a review years ago, but apparently not. Paul is very professional and trustworthy. He did my roof, windows and more, and when the windows had manufacturer issues he stayed on the case for months throughout COVID including having the manufacturer out to my home multiple times. Nothing says commitment like a contractor that literally doesn't stop until a big shot at the manufacturer is in my home addressing defects herself! His work is great. My shingles are flawless years later, whereas throughout my neighborhood the roof-in-a-day reroofs all have flaws I can see while driving by. Perhaps Paul might take a bit longer to return a call, but he does the legwork himself without some massive staff of poorly paid and pushy salespeople who circle customers like fresh meat. I'd rather "wait" a bit knowing Paul is the real deal, exceptionally nice, and likely just a bit busy helping other customers (or you know, living and not necessarily working 24 hours a day). In fact, I'm waiting on Paul myself at the moment to get back to me on a siding quote, in part because I've made changes after his original quote was provided, and Paul is more than willing to work with those of us that want to give our business to a craftsman who can give us more than the cheapest option at absurdly marked up prices. I had forgotten Paul mentioned there were some materials I could like on his website so I come to google to find it and ... wow! The amount of people complaining about waiting for a return sales call is bizarre. For those of you interested in the work that he, his son, and crew does: It's exceptional. Well, at least you can tell Paul doesn't pay for fake reviews, but the egotistical nature of dinging a truly hands-on contractor for not returning your sales call fast enough says worlds about some reviewers and their misplaced anger. Again, I'll take a slighter longer response time upfront to work with a company with happy and intelligent employees that do the job rig

  Best Roofing, Windows and Siding in the Valley, with best pricing (I did my homework). 40 years serving the community: great service workmanship and installation. Got me the colors, sizing & brands "I" was looking for. Paul always gets back in touch, but remember Paul and his son are in the field doing the work themselves. Need a response right away, then hire the competition and pay 2x as much for a newbie doing the install with a an expensive sales & admin team

  Returned my call within an hour and came to my place the same day for a leaky roof repair. Professional and friendly crew, extremely knowledgeable and found the issue immediately. Fixed my roof, gave me a lot of great info, will definitely use again in the future and recommend to everyone if they need a roofer!
