The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Bird's Eye View Construction. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

Great communication and solid work at a fair price. Everything you want in a contractor. I had the roof patched and some gutters repaired /replaced. Highly recommend.

We are absolutely thrilled with the renovations Justin and his crew did on our house to make it finally feel like a home we can be proud of. This was a large project, which included new windows and siding, replacing the rear deck, replacing …

Recently hired Justin and his crew at Birds Eye for a garage roofing job. Justin was quick with an estimate and once the weather was decent enough he was there with his crew promplty in the morning. A pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about roofing. Definitely recommend if you need something done!

We are very happy with Bird's Eye Construction and the renovation Justin Byrd (owner) did for us. Our home is a charming 1920-30's bungalow style home and we hired Justin to create a second floor MBR suite with full bath (walk-in shower & linen closet), walk-in closet, 3 dormer closets, 2 smaller closets & shelving. He extended the dormer in the bathroom to make it larger & added a barn door leading into the bathroom. He installed a cupola which opens into the MBR and really looks great - especially when lit up at night. He also replaced our roof & gutters, This was our first renovation and Justin was very patient and made some valuable suggestions. He was responsive, trustworthy and just a really nice guy who is also a great contractor. We were comfortable allowing him and his team in our home while we were at work which says alot. We definitely recommend Justin Byrd and hope to work with him again.
What Bird's Eye View Construction says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 6 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 6, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Bird's Eye View Construction. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
