We had our older roof and gutters replaced, and the whole roofing job turned out great. jermaine and lucas were on time, professional, and easy to work with, and they gladly added fascia replacement when we asked. After the old shingles were removed, they checked the plywood and roof decking carefully and replaced the damaged areas that needed attention. They explained the process in simple terms, kept the work area clean, and made sure the new roof system was solid and ready for the hot sun and dry weather. We also got a quote from another roofing company, but this crew came in at a much better price and never used any pressure to make us sign right away. That made the experience much more comfortable. the team was honest, straightforward, and focused on quality work instead of sales tactics. i would definitely call them again for any future roofing, gutter, or fascia work because they made the whole process smooth and stress free.

I’m very pleased with the whole roof replacement experience. From the first meeting, Jermaine clearly explained every part of the roofing job, including working with my insurance company, meeting with the adjuster, and following up throughout the process. Lucas, the job foreman, did an excellent job walking me through the roof replacement, including the flashing, drip edge, sealed valleys, and ridge vent installation. He also checked the roof several times during the work and again at the end to make sure everything met high quality standards and to address any questions I had. The crew did a great job, and the new roof looks excellent. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to friends and neighbors in Beverly Hills who need reliable roofing work. Five stars.

i found this roofing company through a quick online search after a windstorm lifted several shingles off our roof. i needed a reliable roofer to handle the repair, and lucas scheduled a convenient time and gave me a very fair price for the shingle work. Since our roof was already getting older, I also asked for honest advice about how much longer it might last and whether a full roof replacement would make more sense. lucas inspected the roofing system carefully and explained a few major problems with the earlier installation, including areas that were hurting the roof’s performance and curb appeal. He said we might get a little more time out of it, but I decided to ask for an estimate on a complete reroof. The quote was better than I expected, and what stood out most was the clear explanation of the full scope of work, including new roofing materials, better underlayment, improved flashing details, and the steps the crew would take to make the roof look cleaner and work better in california heat and sun. Everything was included in the estimate, with no confusing package options or pressure to upgrade. Once I approved the project, the contract process was simple and smooth. A little later, lucas called with the installation schedule, and the roofing crew showed up right on time. They were courteous, respectful, and very professional the entire time. I work from home, so of course there was some noise during the tear-off and installation, but the job moved along efficiently and we were not really inconvenienced. At the end of each day, the cleanup was excellent, and the property stayed neat throughout the project. When the new roof was finished, the result was outstanding. The difference in workmanship was easy to see, and it really highlighted how poorly the old roof had been installed. The new shingles, roof lines, and finishing details all look great, and the whole system feels much more solid and dependable. jermaine and the crew did quality work, communicated we

i hired Pasadena Peaks Roofing for a new roof and gutter work at my home in Beverly Hills. The roof replacement was priced at $14760, and the whole process felt clear and professional from the start. i was worried about an active leak, so jermaine helped move the job up and got the roof work scheduled within a week, which gave me real peace of mind. They also found and replaced rotten roof deck wood where old moisture had built up in the attic from past work done by a previous owner. The decking charge was based on square footage, which seemed fair because it let them replace all damaged sections the right way instead of cutting corners. lucas also made sure the chimney flashing was sealed properly, and the gutters were cleaned and renailed so water can drain better during hot california weather and seasonal rain. The crew communicated well, worked efficiently, and paid attention to the details that matter for a solid roofing system. i appreciated how they handled both the leak issue and the structural repairs without making the job feel stressful. i would gladly recommend their roofing service to anyone in Beverly Hills looking for dependable roof and gutter replacement.

I called for a roofing estimate after I noticed a small ceiling leak. Lucas came out, did a full roof inspection, and found a few exposed nails that looked like the source of the problem. He explained everything clearly and let me know there was no need for a full tear-off or any major roof work in that area. He was able to complete the roof repair during the same visit at a very fair price. With the chance of heavy rain, it was a relief to have the leak fixed quickly by someone knowledgeable and honest. Lucas also said to call if anything came up again, which gave me extra peace of mind. The whole experience was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. I would gladly use this roofing company again and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable roof repair or an inspection.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Pasadena Peaks Roofing just completed my new roof, and I am extremely happy with the results. The color and quality are exactly what I wanted. I chose the Landmark Pro Shingles in Burnt Sienna, and it looks fantastic—so much better than my old grey roof that was really worn out. Lucas answered all my questions, even when I had a long list. He explained everything in detail and made me feel confident in my choice. The crew arrived right on time, covered everything with tarps, and got straight to work. Throughout the process, they kept me updated and were always ready to answer any questions. After finishing, the team did a thorough clean-up, making sure not a single nail was left behind. They even took the time to clean up any roofing debris that had landed in my neighbor’s yard. I’m also getting my gutters installed by them and am excited to see the final result. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality roofing work!
