  We had our roof replaced Feb 2025...2026 we decided to put our house on the market, did an inspection, valleys not sealed correctly, the gutters they contracted out caused an issue with the fascia and loose singles....multiple calls 2 promises of someone coming out to fix ....no return calls after the second call... they are in it for the mobey and oh yeah forget you have a warrenty new roof.... they are not going to fix it....DO NOT USE THEM...

  Terrible experience! Paramount Roofing is sloppy, unprofessional, and unreliable. Missed deadlines, left nails and debris everywhere, and zero communication. Do not hire them unless you want a headache and wasted money.

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS I won’t even get into the problems with getting our roof done but it was a nightmare. The most recent problem is that now we’re trying to sell the house four years later and the inspector found two things that were done incorrectly. I’ve called Paramount multiple times, emailed them, and even called and texted the owner directly and no one will return my calls. You may be able to get a cheap roof but expect shoddy work and terrible customer service. Update: After contacting BBB, Paramount finally returned my calls. They said they would take care of it but continued to not follow up, and I finally gave up. I paid another roofing contractor to repair Paramount’s shoddy work. The icing on the cake? Paramount reported to BBB that they DID address my issues when they clearly didn’t. AVOID!!!!

  We are sorry for the miscommunication errors on our part and issues with getting the resolution as quickly from our team as was needed! It is not the Paramount way and you have our sincerest apologies for this negative experience. We hope from the recent resolution that we were able to turn this round for you! We’d like to provide some additional context and information to anyone reading this review. It was recently discussed between this homeowner and our owner that the roof was installed correctly per code and manufacturer installation instructions. While the manufacturer’s warranty was still in effect, the workmanship warranty had expired, and the cornice ends noted in the inspection would have been considered a separate service rather than a warranty repair. We were happy to offer to complete this at no cost because we genuinely care about our customers and stand behind our work. Unfortunately, due to communication issues on our part and the time-sensitive nature of the home sale, the homeowner needed to have the repair completed elsewhere in order to meet their closing timeline. To make things right, we were able to fully reimburse them for the repair cost they incurred with another company. While we regret that we were unable to complete the repair ourselves within the required timeframe, we remain committed to supporting our customers and ensuring a positive outcome whenever possible.

  Had my roof replaced in spring of 2022. Work was done timely and handled through insurance claim due to hail damage. Fast forward 2 years and have a couple shingles that appear to have torn from nail line. Called and asked for someone to come look and repair what seems to be a minor fix. Spoke with Chris(project manager). Have been getting run around for 2 weeks now. Ghosting my texts. Not returning texts. Was told we will get someone out to fix but 8 days later haven’t heard anything from him. Workmanship warranty only 1 year I understand. Just seems to me that the effort to make it right isn’t worth loss of possible future business. Poor way to do business in my opinion. Just my experience. Addition: See photo below for response. I was never contacted about a date for repair and never called regarding leakage. You have me confused with another client.

  We are sorry about this. We agreed to fix this even though it was outside of warranty coverage. We scheduled this for 9/14 along with many other calls for service regarding leaking. We prioritized the leak issues first and because of this we were unable to make the scheduled repair. This repair was pushed back to Monday 9/16. When we reached out to inform you of the service day and time we were told not to come do the repair. Again we are sorry for this miscommunication and would be happy to reimburse you the market value Of the repair. Thanks for your business. We do not have the wrong customer. Luckily we only have 5 bad reviews out of 1000s of jobs completed. We are well aware of the situation and sorry we couldn’t better serve you.

  I completely agree with Will Warren from 2 months ago. I too spent 4 months waiting. Though there was okay communication early, mostly self praise from Jessica about how she is the best has only had 5star ratings and will fight to get it done, the last 2 months had no communication. After the second to last communication I initiated she came back requesting patience stating I will get it done. Then 2 months later after I initiated communication again, I’m told it is not worth fighting. There was no communication between those. And to answer the company reply to Will Warren, I was told not to contact the insurance company that she will do the communication and fighting. I don’t know that she ever did her own pictures and communicated with my insurance, which I was told would get done. I have talked to my insurance adjuster and he made no mention of Paramount Roofing follow up communication and pictures after the denial. Be careful by being very much involved though you’re told to just let them do the job, if you choose them. But I would not recommend it.

  In the summer of 2025 we had a roof replacement as well as gutter guards installed on our home by Paramont Roofing systems.While we were on vacation, a neighbor shared that one of the gutters had been dislodged by high winds in December. Even though it was during the holiday week I called Paramount roofing systems and the response was amazing . The next day Joe , Nick and Eddie came out and made the repair even though the temperatures were in the teens, and the roof was somewhat snowy. Photos of the repair were set to me by Tony. This response was very quick and shows that Paramount Roofing MI will fix the issues . This is the kind of company I like doing business with, and I give them five stars for both the roof and gutter guards. Thank you Paramount roofing systems!

  I reached out to Paramount for a consultation after some potentially incomplete repairs were done on our roof by another contractor post-Helene. We ultimately did not need to contract with Paramount, but I wanted to leave a review to say that Jess Brooks is fantastic. She was extremely considerate and went above and beyond to ensure the previously done work was completed up to industry standard. Although we didn’t have a chance to work with Paramount directly because no further work was needed, I recommend them wholeheartedly based on Jess’s thoroughness and kindness. Thanks, Jess!

Quad was able to take care of everything with the insurance company and the adjusters. All I had to do was get him in touch with them. It was by far the easiest transaction I’ve done before on such a large improvement.   Paramount Roofing team helped to get my roof replaced and paid for by my Insurance company(minus my deductible). They were very professional, stayed on top of the Back-and-Forth negotiations with my Insurance Adjuster to ensure that the information needed to prove liability was done. It can take a little longer, but in the end saved me money and I got a nice looking, new roof. The team that came out was fast, efficient, and courteous. They did the whole roof(three sections, 6 slopes) all in less than a day. They also did a good job cleaning up after. I would highly recommend this company if you need a roof. I hear they do siding too and I may call on them for that in the future also.
