  They are using foreign call centers to call people in other states to arrange inspections. They violate the DNC laws. When challenged, their call center people get very aggressive. When you inform them you are on the DNC, they swear and hang up. Never do business with anyone who uses foreign call centers to skirt the DNC list. That indicates shady business practices, low quality sub contractors, and will have poor customer service should issues arise.

  Would I recommend this company, absolutely NOT. Their lack of communication is unacceptable. No returned calls, appointment set and Noone shows up nor do they call to explain. After months our roof was completed, the work was good, of course, it is all contracted out. No excuse for such lack of communication. Rated one for the work only.

  This company will come out to look at a roof for a minor leak and lie and say it has soft spots. They called me sent me their pictures as well. The soft spot they claim was there is where I replaced a vent coming out of roof. No leaks there no soft spot either I personally seen the spot they claimed was soft from in the attic during me installing the new vent pipe. Simple as this my wife was the one that called them and they seen an opportunity to take advantage of a lady that didn’t know any better. Sad that companies do this to women or our old generation. It did happen and I’m not happy and thought others should know as well

  Kris came last Friday (6/7) and looked at our roof, gave us a ballpark figure and promised he would email us the estimate by 9 am the next morning. We called and left messages on Saturday and Monday, and emailed Tuesday but haven't heard a word by phone or email from Kris or anyone else. Seeing quite a few reviews with similar issues so I guess lack of professional communication is a consistent problem for them. UPDATE: Their response below said they tried to call us but we had no missed calls from them on either one of the contact numbers we provided.

  MBA roofing sent a man out who said he was going to charge $500 for 2 hours of work, and he did not get on the roof to look at the pipe that is connected to my fireplace.

Sorry for the confusion with Kris's quote where he estimated 2 hours of site work for 2 guys . The price also included the travel time and shop time getting materials and also covered all the necessary materials for the repair, along with gas and tax. As for why our tech didn't hop on the roof, we totally understand your frustration. We like to be thorough with every job, and in this case, we based our decision on recent fixes for the same issue. We're all about being upfront and clear with our estimates, so we're bummed there was some miscommunication this time around. Our aim is to make sure you're totally happy with our work.   Called Tuesday 5/30/23 asked to get a quote. Was told Chris would call me the next day 5/31/23 between 2pm and 3pm to take pictures and measure.Never came never called neverheard from them again.

  Administrative assistant is a bit unprofessional. Didn’t anger the phone with her name and is repayments to give it. Also failed to schedule a quote.

  Wonderful experience with MBA Roofing. Chuck came out to look at my roof because of a wet spot that had formed on my bed room ceiling. He was very kind and super knowledgeable. He walked me through everything he did and why he did it. He was able to thoroughly analyze and address the issue I was having swiftly and affordably. I will 100% be using MBA Roofing for my future roofing needs.

  I had a roof leak, Eric came out and did a free inspection on my roof and found the issues and was going to fix it for a low price. But i found out my roof was still under warranty with the builders so they will take care of that part. I recommend Bolton roofing.
