  the company got the job the done…but their sheer lack of customer service and the way they handled the problems that they made on their own was far from professional. Damaged eavestrough (by leaning a ladder against it climbing up) threw the shingles all over the yard and in the garden (blamed our garden being too big) Andrew was very belittling after the fact and tried to turn blame onto other things; pitch of the roof, size of the garden…this is your profession. You see the job and take precautions to avoid issues as simple as that. Regardless, they got the job done and looked good in the end, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

  Hi Sharon, thank you for sharing your feedback, we're sorry you feel this way about your experience with us. Our goal as a small business is to always delivery exceptional customer service. We set very high standards for ourselves in order to set us apart from our competition. We apologize for not meeting your expectations. It is an uncommon experience, and we certainly aim to do better. In regards to the eavestrough damages; it was my understanding that we had someone come and replace them promptly at no extra cost once your roof was completed, some damages possibly being from our roof installers and ice damming over the years. If you are unsatisfied with the new eavestroughs, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see if there is something more we can do for you! Unfortunately, with a 12/12 pitch as your model of home has, it does make it more difficult to keep the area as tidy vs a roof with less pitch; this could have been better communicated to you on our end and we will ensure this happens on our future projects. The site was immediately cleaned up following the completion of the roof and again upon final inspection; if the final result was not completed to your satisfaction, please let me know so I can follow up with our crews. I am truly sorry that after our continued conversations and follow up visits, you still feel that Paragon did not meet or exceed your expectations. We do encourage you to contact us at any time if there is anything more we could do for you.

  Andrew, the owner, is professional, responds to e-mails everyday early in the morning, so communication is good : 1 star He sent his son and another person to do the repairs, an area that covered about 10-11 square foot and some flashings, which they finished in around 3 hours, and they would come 2 days after quote, great! : 1 star He charged an extra $400 because nowadays you have to get a boom truck to lift the shingles to a roof, "no way around it" he said, "it's the new law" he said. Day came, no truck, so why did he keep the charge? : -1 star Said he had to get the shingles from his supplier in Stittsville, so delivery charge still applies. Funny how after the job was done, his son came to me to tell me he was all done, and told me the shingles looked terrible because he got them at the Home Hardware just around the corner and they rolled up from being thrown around willy-nilly.: -1 star Didn't do an effective clean up. I had to go to get my tire patched because a roof nail was stuck in it, and my 2 year old found many others around: - 1 star Asked to take pictures of before and after, didn't. My brother is a contractor and he gave me his estimate that he would have given to clients for the same job, I got charged $600 more. When I complained, he kept his professionalism, which is appreciated, but being lied to and still being charged for things you didn't do/need, unprofessional. I'm not "not" recommending Paragon for their work: they are quick, and the ugly rolled up shingles did eventually settle down. However, I'm really upset about the upcharge, the nail in my tire, and all the lies.

  The team has been extremely courteous and professional at all times.Great job and they took the extra step to ensure that it is done right !!! Also, to note is that they were very clean and left the premises without leaving anything behind every day! Thanks everyone!!

  8 years later, Paragon Group saves the day. With the winds and rain, the flange on my vent pipe took a beating and lost. Jeremie and his team were able to accommodate my issue in a very timely matter. I am truly appreciative of the work they did. They provided photos and they also ensured me that my roof is in good shape. Jeremie is empathetic and professional. Thank you!!

  We’ve used paragon over the years whenever shingles blew off our house. We finally had enough and hard them replace our roof. What a dream! From the sales to install everything was seamless and HONEST. Timing was perfect, they showed up …

  Last Friday was my first experience with Paragon Contracting & Roofing. I was stressed out about the amount of snow and ice on my roof as there was water starting to drip inside from my window frames. A small team was able to come over the following day to remove my problem. I am very happy with the result and very straight forward communication from Mike regarding the estimate.

  Crew was on site bright and early and started work right away. They were very professional and had the entire roof stripped of all shingles in no time. The roof was inspected and redone by the end of the day. Job site was cleaned up as if they were never here but the roof looks fantastic.

  Jeremie and his crew did a fantastic job on the siding of our house. They did not hesitate to make any minor changes we may have had. Property was left very clean at the end of each day. We are pleased with the outcome of this project! ps - the music they played while they worked was great!!
