  Run by the type of selfish guy who blocks in a handicap parking spot with his big boy truck while he goes grocery shopping. Parked right at the door where there is no parking just to be closer to the door. Left the truck running too and went in for a full grocery run. Pathetic behaviour that people should be aware of. If you’re going to be a complete loser, maybe don’t do it while advertising your business on the back of your truck. Edit: Ford f150 lariat white with decals.

  We asked for a quote to install 2 doors. The price looked good so we went with them. They didn't phone us for 7 MONTHS! Finally saying it was ready, we gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to go for it even though we thought they took off. They scheduled 4 different days to do the work. Each time they didn't show up, didn't contact us in any way. Then finally they send us an e-mail saying the doors are the wrong size after all. The incompetence and lack of communication with these people is LEGENDARY. I'm now hiring literally anyone else to do this job. These people are a joke.

  Recently purchased a home in brockville and the realtor raved about the "new roof done by competitive roofing/renovations" last summer. First month in the house noticed there was a leak and had another company in to look. Quality of work on the "new roof" was incredibly lacking. Had to have another company come in and put an entire new roof on. Tried calling multiple times in the fall but could never get through. When I did get through the girl on the other line was incredibly rude, accusatory and unprofessional. Overall would not recommend. Could have been a bad experience as other reviews seem to be okay, but it was not a professional experience on all levels

  I called them mid April as to get a quote. They came within a couple of days as to generate a quote. I'd not been given a quote so I called them two weeks later. The secretary said I'd hear back soon. It's now mid July and they've still not replied.

  I had an appointment to have Cody come and estimate a job between 11-2 and had no show, no call and am very disappointed.

  Phenomenal job! I couldn't be happier. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question I could possibly think of about my roof. The crew showed up and worked incredibly efficiently. Their cleanup was flawless; they rolled the yard with a magnet and packed up perfectly every day. I was worried because they had to work around a forecast of severe weather, but they had my roof waterproofed and able to weather the storm before leaving on day one. I was so impressed! The guys were very friendly and professional, keeping me well-informed and answering all my questions. Even my dogs liked them! The roof looks amazing, and I haven't been able to find a single flaw. Phenomenal work. I went with the Black BP Canada Mystique shingles and Vmax vents, which is a huge upgrade over standard roof vents. If you want a worry-free roof and a stellar experience, I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

  We had Cody and his team replace old patio doors on our cottage. Wow! They were professional from start to finish and were timely in returning to tweak and adjust after we used it a few times. Special shout out to Derek and Mandy. Definitely five stars! We will be recommending them for sure.

  I absolutely adore my little kitchen. This is my second experience with Competitive. The crew is phenomenal, respectful of my space and considerate in how they handle the projects. As someone who works from home, this meant significantly less interruptions to my work. This was rather large scale: tearing down the kitchen, moving an entire window, rebuilding, electrical, plumbing, tiling, painting, finishes. Despite this, they wrapped up within two weeks. Competitive was able to meet my expectations at every turn.

  The team at Competitive Renovations just completed a small project at my house, and this was my first experience working with them.   Competitive Roofing provided a quote very quickly after it was requested. We accepted and they were able to get the roof completed within a couple weeks from accepting the quote. They did high quality work and did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone.
