  Warning! Osprey provided my 1st-ever terrible experience with a building contractor. Not only did they resist owning their many mistakes on my $26,000 re-roofing job - which took 5 months to complete because of their shoddy work that included installing warped & damaged materials - I believe they acted in bad faith &/or breached our contract in several other ways, including: 1. failing to provide a promised materials warranty & an itemized list of project costs 2. attempting to overcharge me several hundred $$ by unilaterally increasing the contract balance 3. replacing my home's original high-quality flashing with damaged, low-quality material 4. grossly overcharging me for materials to repair their own work 5. over/charging me for corrections ordered by the city Protective Inspections Division after the company’s work failed to meet building code standards 6. accusing the city building inspector & wider office of ignorance and exceeding their authority 7. the owner threatened to sue me & take my home. I have reported Osprey Exteriors to the Better Business Bureau and the state attorney general's Consumer Protection Division, and I might have to sue them to get my materials warranty.

  Hi Diane, Im sorry you had a poor expirence with our company, we strive to be professional and responsive. We went back through and checked our emails and notes on you and here is a summary of events. -4/6- Diane contacted us for a full reroof estiamte, Osprey Exteriors responded within the hour and sceduled an estiamte for 4/11. -4/11 Diane cancelled the estimate, the morning of. Osprey Exteriors rescheduled the estimate for 4/16 (Saturday) to work around their schedule. -4/16 With the current cost of metal roofing, the job was expensive, so Osprey Exteriors offered to make small repairs on Diane's home on a case by case basis to help offer a lower cost option to a homeowner with much needed repairs. -4/25 Osprey Exteriors reached out to check on what Dianes thoughts were on the project. -4/28 Diane responded and opted to go with simply doing small repairs on the home -4/29 Osprey Exteriors responded and scheduled Diane for repairs on 5/3 -5/3 Osprey Exteriors notified Diane at 8:08 that the repair tech had called out sick. -5/10 Osprey Exteriors rescheduled a repair tech to work on Diane's roof on the 11th -5/11 The repair tech called out citing a perosnal issue, repair was rescheudled for the following day. -5/12 The repair rech again cited a personal issue and was fired. Diane was made aware and was understandably upset. Osprey Exteriors offered to fit Diane's repair in with the Manager at a later date to abate her fears of a low quality repair being done. Diane approved of this and told Osprey Exteriors to move ahead. -5/31 Osprey Exteriors notifed Diane that the manager could make it out to her property on 6/3 or 6/4 to make the repairs -6/3 Osprey Exteriors Manager drove to Diane's property and completed the previosly discussed repairs. When on the roof other needed repairs were noticed and photographed. -6/7 Osprey Exteriors reached out and informed Diane that the repairs had been completed and informed her, along with photos of the other problem areas. -6/8

  Came out for a window cleaning. Very professional and courteous. Windows were perfectly clean and completed in about 3-hours. Would absolutely use again and recommend to others.

  I was extremely pleased with how timely, responsive, and professional they were completely a roof inspection and replacement estimate. They were completely honest and upfront about everything. I was very happy with how they put my best interest ahead of their own. I would highly recommend.

  We hired Osprey to re roof our house. They did an outstanding job and were wonderful to work with. They were there when they said they would be, communicated with us on progress and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. Jacob was an amazing project lead and we were so impressed with the company they are now starting on a shop for us. We highly recommend this company!
