Great company to work with. Came right over and gave me a quote for a new roof. Did not use due to buyer wanted a different roofer recommended by their real estate agent.

Mr. Osborn answered my call the first time and was at my house the very next day to give a quote. He was fast to respond to my emails and text. He was very professional and did extra work without adding it to the final bill. The bill was exactly what his quote was. I would recommend him to anyone needing a roof repaired.

My experience with Osborn Roofing was great. 30 seconds on the phone with them and I felt totally comfortable that I wasn't going to get jerked around. Was refreshing to deal with them and I know who to call from now on. Highly recommended!

Truly an honest business in a sea of unscrupulous roofing contractors. No BS, just honest roof assessments with honest prices. They will tell you straight up if you don't need a roof AND if you DO need a roof, they will give you a fair and honest price followed by quality workmanship.

Bill and his employees are absolutely wonderful. We are beyond grateful for his outstanding customer service and attentiveness. He was the only businesses to be willing to help us out in our time of need and was quick to answer our call when we were seeking help. We had a leak with our flat membrane roof and he came over within a day to assess the problem and then called us up shortly after that to patch some areas up before snow arrived and made the damage worse. His willingness to help spoke volumes. We genuinely look forward to the services he will provide to us in the future.

I sent a message on the website requesting an inspection and bid. Osborn Roofing called back quickly and immediately went and looked at our roof. We had other roofers tell us we needed it replaced and our insurance and another roofer tell us it only needed a repair. I got a call back within an hour and he explained everything very clearly to me and was ready to do the job two days later. Highly recommend Osborn Roofing to anyone needing a repair or replacement!
