When you first reached out, I inspected the attic and recommended the simplest and most cost‑effective solution — having an electrician install a powered gable vent. After the electrician suggested additional framing work, I explained that I would need to reassess the access and that our schedule was booked out 1–2 months. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding. You mentioned that you believed I could “pop over and install it,” but that was never something I committed to. I wanted to be upfront that any additional work would require a second assessment and would be subject to our current scheduling backlog. I understand that delays can be frustrating, but I assure you that my company takes pride in being transparent, reputable, and thorough. If you’d still like help with the project, I’m happy to reassess the attic and provide a clear plan and timeline. If not, I genuinely wish you the best with your home improvements.   I had requested & received a bid from Breit Roofing to replace shingles on 2 garages. On 6-2-24 he stopped by to let me know a crew would be on site that morning and finish in the afternoon. That was the last time I saw him. We discussed and I made it clear that I wanted a mailed invoice showing full pmt which he understood and agreed to. That didn't happen either. I can only assume the job was executed properly as there was no followup by anyone. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service but maybe since I was an old widow it didn't really matter. I would mot recommend this business.

  Last fall, we ended up with a leak in our roof and Nate was able to come out and help us. He took the time to discuss The different options of a new roof or just a patch job. He added gutters onto our house also. The work was excellent, and it was done in a reasonable amount of time.

  I would highly recommend Breit roofing. Our shop had some old fiberglass that had cracked and worn out, and snow was getting in. He came out and gave a few different options and had it replaced quite quickly.
