I had Francisco out on Thursday, August 28th to look at my leaking gutters. He was polite, and I explained this was urgent because I want the leaks fixed before the rain starts. He promised me a quote by that Saturday. Saturday came and went—no quote. I called the following Wednesday and was told I’d have it by Friday. Still nothing. By Monday, I had to call a third time, only to be told, “If you don’t hear from us, call back.” At this point, it feels like I’m being ghosted. Who runs a business like this? If they can’t even provide a quote after nearly two weeks and multiple calls, I have zero confidence they can handle an actual job. Unprofessional and disappointing.

Thank you, Travis, for your feedback. We truly apologize that we couldn’t assist you sooner. Your quote was eventually sent, but unfortunately, during that time we were helping many other customers who had also requested urgent service. As much as we’d like to assist everyone right away, sometimes our schedule gets very full. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to have met with you.
