I’ve been in the same home for a long time, and after an earlier roof replacement, the bathroom skylight kept leaking every time we had wind-driven rain. Calvin from On Point Roofing Encino was the first roofer and inspector who clearly explained that the skylight would keep having problems because the roof pitch was not right for proper water runoff. He recommended removing and closing off the skylight, which matched what others had said, but his roofing knowledge and clear explanation gave me real confidence to move forward. Once the roof was fully inspected, it also became clear that I needed a complete roof replacement, not just a skylight fix. From the first call, Calvin responded quickly, answered my questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. The estimate was much lower than another roofing bid I had received, which made the decision even easier. I waited a while before leaving feedback because I wanted to see how the new roof performed during real Encino weather, especially with sun, wind, and rain. The workmanship was excellent. The new roofing system looks great, the former skylight area was sealed and finished properly, and everything has held up very well. The crew worked hard, stayed professional, and did a very thorough cleanup when the job was done. I’m extremely happy with the entire experience and highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof repair, roof replacement, leak repair, or general roofing work. The quality, communication, and value were all outstanding.

What an outstanding experience with On Point Roofing Encino. Calvin was excellent from the first roof replacement estimate to the final cleanup. Out of all the roofing bids we received, he stood out right away with clear answers, fast communication, and a very professional approach. He was friendly, respectful, and quick to handle every concern we had before the installation started. The whole process felt smooth and well organized. The crew showed strong workmanship, paid close attention to the roofing details, and made sure everything was done right. They explained the materials, timeline, and each step of the project so we always knew what to expect. In Encino’s warm climate, it was important for us to have a solid, reliable roof, and they delivered exactly that. This was a great experience from start to finish, and the quality of the work was beyond top notch. It is rare to find this level of care, skill, and professionalism in a roofing contractor. We are very happy with the new roof and would highly recommend them.

I highly recommend On Point Roofing Encino for dependable, professional roofing and gutter work. This is the best roofing contractor I have worked with. They found a few roof and gutter issues we had not noticed, explained everything clearly, and fixed them quickly before they could turn into bigger problems. Their proactive approach helped us avoid future repairs and extra costs. After all their hard work, our roof looks excellent and the gutters are working properly. We feel confident the whole roofing system is in strong shape for the long term, especially with the sun and heat putting wear on materials over time. Their attention to detail, solid workmanship, and focus on quality really stood out. We were very impressed with their roofing knowledge and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement, roof repair, or new gutters.

From the first inspection to the final cleanup, On Point Roofing Encino handled the roofing job in a very professional way. Wyatt came out for the estimate, explained the roofing work clearly, and helped with the financing process, which made everything easy and smooth. My next contact was with Calvin in the office, who was courteous, helpful, and quick to answer questions. The roofing crew did an excellent job from beginning to end. They were respectful, organized, and worked hard throughout the project. Robert, the foreman, made sure I was happy with each step of the roof replacement and paid close attention to the quality of the work. They also took extra care with the cleanup and left the property neat, making sure everything looked the way it did before the project started. The new roof looks excellent, fits the home well for the Encino climate, and most importantly, the leaks are gone. The whole experience felt professional, honest, and customer-focused. I would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable roofers and quality roofing service.

We had a very good experience with On Point Roofing Encino. After strong winds damaged our aging roof, we needed a full roof replacement and reached out for several roofing estimates. They were one of the most responsive teams we contacted and provided a detailed quote in a reasonable time. Their price was a little higher than some others, but the quality of the roofing system, including the underlayment, shingles, vents, and flashing, clearly showed the value. They scheduled the roof installation quickly, which was a big help. I was impressed that the crew completed almost the entire reroof in one day. Wyatt kept us updated throughout the project, and the installers worked fast, safely, and professionally. A small section of copper flashing was finished the next day, and everything was wrapped up neatly. Since the work was completed, we have had peace of mind knowing the roof is doing exactly what it should. Even after rain, the attic stayed completely dry with no leaks at all. The workmanship, communication, and overall roofing service were excellent.

true professionals with great customer service, solid roofing workmanship, and quality materials. when we found a leak in our older roof, my husband contacted calvin, and within a day someone came out to handle the roof repair. after that, we learned it was time for a full roof replacement, but we had hoped to wait a little longer. after speaking with calvin, who assured us the roofing crew would be careful during the tear-off and installation of the new roofing system, we decided to move forward right away. calvin arranged for a crew to come to our home in encino within a week, and everything happened just as promised. the team protected our patio and garden with tarps, and even on a windy day they kept the jobsite very clean. not a single piece of roofing debris ended up where it should not have been, which really impressed us. they worked efficiently, used good roofing products, and showed real care with every step of the installation. calvin also stopped by several times to check on the project, make sure the roofers had what they needed, and confirm there were no issues. overall, the crew finished fast, cleaned up thoroughly, and left us with a beautiful new roof that looks great and gives us peace of mind. we highly recommend this roofing company if you need leak repair or a full roof replacement. very conscientious and easy to work with.
