Crappy customer service. Trying to get an estimate for gutter build on site person on the phone hanged up right away after I told him I’m installing it. If this is the service you want, go for it.

This was way less of a headache than I thought it would be. They showed up when they said they would (already a win), answered questions without sounding annoyed, and finished on time. Nothing weird popped up and the roof looks solid, so I’m happy.

My skylight has been a source of leaks for years and I’ve had three different people try to fix it. This team finally did it right by stripping it back to the frame and properly flashing it into the new shingles. We’ve had two heavy rains since then and it’s bone dry. I should have called them the first time.

I woke up to a huge brown stain on my ceiling after that last big storm and panicked. I called around and these guys were out the next morning to patch it up. They found a few cracked tiles I hadn't noticed and fixed those too. It’s such a relief knowing I won't have a puddle in my living room next time it rains.
