  O’Lyn put a new roof on our house last Nov. Recently, we noticed that squirrels had eaten away at a piece of lead flashing at the corner of the garage. Steven came out and did an excellent job of repairing the damaged flashing. Thanks O’Lyn for the prompt and quality service at no charge.

  Great installation. Everyone was polite & helpful, did full explanations to all that would be done. And kept us informed during the roofing. They also replaced/installed 4 skylights. A full crew came first thing in the morning and had to remove the snow & ice off the roof before they could start. It took them 1 day for main roof, a porch roof & 4 skylights.They kept the site covered with tarps & nets to catch everything. Then picked up everything that the tarp/nets didn't. Supervisor came back the next day to make sure everything was all done & cleaned up. Would definitely refer them !

  In the summer of 2024 O'Lyn replaced our small roof on our row home in Charlestown, replaced a rear gutter, and installed three replacement skylights. They were the first company to come give us a quote, and gave the most thorough presentation of the work to be done. We ultimately decided on them over an equally reputable company. Leading up to the project, the sales contact was incredibly quick to respond to email questions or updates that I provided (I completed some masonry work before they replaced the roof). It felt like we were in good hands from day one. It took quite some time for the city to approve the permits, but when they did, work was scheduled right away. While the work was underway, I was able to text the GC with any questions or concerns and get quick feedback. The project took about 1.5 days and they even were kind enough to deal with our annoying neighbor who made them vacuum his entire deck, before the job was even finished. To be honest, there were a couple issues after the work was completed that I, a relatively picky person, relayed to the sales contact. I did not ask that they be remedied, and intended to take care of it myself. Without being asked, the company sent the GC back the following day to remedy all of the concerns. Thus, even though the initial finished project had a few minor concerns (for example, trim that wasn't reinstalled quite as it was before the project), they were all addressed immediately, without question. They were also very patient with any questions or concerns we had. Although I hope we don't need another roof, we would hire O'Lyn again because they were very communicative and stood by their work. It was clear they wanted completely satisfied customers.
