  This is my follow up in less than 2 years after the work was done in June 2024. I am very disappointed at what happened. It clearly shows that Build Smart Masonry did a poor job 2 years ago. The work was guarantied to last 25 years. See pictures of different sections of the foundation around the perimeter of the house. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Peter and his team were punctual every day. Peter maintains good communication with us ensuring we understand each step of the process. At the closeout of the project, Peter conducted a walk through with me and identified the areas of improvement to my satisfaction.

  Doesnt answer the phone to remedy the issues. Overpriced and low budget craftmanship skips major steps. Do not hire for roofing!

  I’m posting this because I am not able to get in touch with them. I try to to call but their phone is not working. I sent emails but I haven’t heard back. It would be nice to have a response.

  I needed my roof done in a very tight window that a lot of different companies said they couldn’t do. Peter on the other hand promised this could be done and delivered on this. Very quick and more importantly good quality work.
