  Hi, was satisfied with the job, but you haven't come back to fix the problem. We have been waiting and no one has come by. We feel let down!

  Nu-Vue went sent photos and measurements that they requested to complete a quote. Nu-Vue never responded with a quote!

  Thanks for the feedback, and we're sorry for the frustration. We did prepare your quote and routed it through your restoration company so it could be included in their file. That said, we should also have sent it to you directly and confirmed receipt. That’s on us. We’re resending the quote to you today and copying the Restoration Company so everyone has the same information.   Let me start by saying that Nu-Vue's work is top notch. They perfectly matched the backside of my house after a fire, and did an impeccable job with the install. Where they lost stars from me is that they made a mistake and removed too much siding (as seen in the photo), then didn't want to fix it. I had to get their siding vendor and my insurance involved to get the work completed; at which point they did complete the work. Overall really impressed with their work, but not impressed with the journey we had to take to get there.

  Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had to call 4 times to get someone out to my house for a measure. One week promised for an estimate ( I called after 8 days). 4-5 weeks promised for overpriced product ($120 lineal foot for two gates). Called several times after 4 weeks. Took almost 7 weeks. Called several times to get an install date. Finally gave up for their delays and called to tell them I’d pick up the parts and install myself. Promised they would have them ready. They weren’t. Finally got the screws together. Not colour matched to white. Waited some more to have them gather them. Rebated some money for me having to install. Not enough. No proactive contact for delays or apologies for anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  We attempted many times to complete the two small areas to the homeowners specifications, but homeowner would not open the gate for us. She left for winter vacation and would not arrange for housesitter to open gate for us. In the Spring, when we attempted to finish again, homeowner change their mind as to how they wanted these two small areas finished. We had to get some metal bent and when it was ready, we had to arrange with homeowner's schedule. Everything was pleasant at this time. Yes it took a long time to complete, but both parties can take some responsibility for the delays.

  We hired Nu-Vue to replace the vinyl decking on our deck and we were super pleased with the results! Joel the installer is top notch, hard working, super efficient, careful and meticulous and a great communicator! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and this installer!

  Sam and Vicky did a fantastic job redoing our deck. Our biggest concern was ensuring it was waterproof and they hit a home run. They were extremely professional and respectful and I would have them back anytime.

  Extremely pleased with the work done by Korben and Brandon of Nu-View Exteriors! They tore down my old carport and put up a beautiful new one. As well, they built a beautiful freestanding patio cover for my backyard concrete deck. Very impressed with their work ethics and workmanship! Excellent value and service, thanks again guys!

  We had Nu-Vue install new vinyl decking on our upper deck and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship of Sam and Vicky, they did a great job. Nu-Vue had previously done our glass railing as well. Highly recommend Nu-Vue; from quote to completion it was seamless and all our interactions were a positive experience.

  Korben and Brandon were fabulous. They had a very difficult install but handled everything with professionalism, humour and care. They listened to our comments and answered any questions we had. They showed us how to use the remote and sensors, and even survived all the spiders -great job guys!

  Asad and the crew did an excellent job for us at Blizzard Mountain in Fruitvale. Asad’s leadership really stood out, he kept the team organized, productive, and professional throughout the project.   Just had NuVue install the back decking and it turned out great again. We had the front decking installed last year and it also turned out great. The new patio cover will be in the next few weeks. Sam, Brandon and Vicky did a great job . I would highly recommend this company and crew. Thanks guys. Dave and Holly.

  We had our deck worked on recently by Sam and Vicky and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail.
