They were the only roofing company to reach out to us. We were looking for a quote and it was an easy process. Update*** quote came in and it was very reasonable. Floyds service is amazing. Case in point. This is a rental house. We did everything through texts. Date was set within the next week. Photos were sent to me throughout the work. My soffit and fascia needed repair and they did it for extra but it was super reasonable. Thanks so much Floyd and all his staff. This transition was amazing!!! 5stars!!!

I am very satisfied with Kamloops Roofers. We received an estimate promptly, pricing was reasonable, the job proceeded as agreed and the results are great! Communication was excellent. They will be my first call if I need a roofing contractor in the future.

Floyd answered my phone call on a Saturday and was able to answer my questions, I found this very good customer service, he will be doing an inspection of the issue in the next couple days. I believe I have made the right choice with Roofers Kamloops

Very glad I called Kamloops Roofers. Strong winds caused a small section of my aging roof shingles to flip up. Within a day they had that section replaced nicely for a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again if/whenever needed.

Had a chunk of shingle blow off during a wind storm. I called and got through immediately. They were able to come out that day and have it fixed. Fast and effective, it was a perfect experience.

The repairs were completed on the same day and they even sent pictures with the invoice, which really helped make the whole process go more smoothly.

Fixed a minor roof repair and gave good advice on how to proceed with next steps. Got back to me right away and showed up the next day for the job. I’ve been ghosted by a couple of other local companies, so it was nice to have someone actually respond and show up! Will definitely use them again when the roof needs redoing!
