I called last autumn and this spring for a quote and never received a follow-up.

Repair request following high winds. 4 shingles in total (in the same area). They said they would replace 2 complete rows with 4 bundles of shingles and 1 hour of labor. Okay, I'll take their advice... They told me it would take 48 hours to do the repair (it took 8 days). While waiting for the repair, they installed a plastic membrane for protection. Two days later, it blew away. I called back, and they came to reinstall it. They called me to say they were coming to see me for the bill: $350. At that price to replace 4 shingles, I would have done it myself. The company wasn't even aware of the repair that was done on my roof by their own employee. This employee was on the roof for about 30 minutes installing the 4 shingles. I had asked for a piece of the fascia that had been blown away to be replaced, but it wasn't done. I found debris scattered all over my yard (new materials, not the ones that had been blown away).

No return calls. Not interested in doing business with me. Yet, they previously did roof work on one of my properties, and the quality of their work was impeccable. I don't know what changed.
