Very professional from start to finish. Richard came and did the assessment. Gave me a very reasonable quote for the job and we got his crew booked. Lots of communication before and during the job. They found some rough spots under the shingles. Sent pics and his solution. Consaulted on everything that needed done. Got everything repaired to better than new. Again, very professional throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

Shouting from my brand new rooftop how amazing Northwind Roofing is! They listened to my concerns respectfully, answered every question thoroughly, and went above and beyond in multiple instances — minimizing further damage and addressing secondary issues, all saving me additional costs and stress. Communicated when promised, showed up when scheduled (typically early!), estimates and invoices were clear and detailed. Thoughtful and detail-oriented — left materials for possible future work to ensure continuity and completed an impeccable clean up each day. I am very impressed and so appreciative of Richard and his crew. I recommend them without hesitation.
