The first three are Google’s own figures for Prince Sheet Metal & Heating Ltd, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the British Columbia roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 12 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Prince Sheet Metal & Heating Ltd. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.
What reviewers keep mentioning

I wish all my commercial sub contractors could be as painless and professional as this outfit. I used Prince Sheet Metals to do the roof of one of my buildings. I used another to do a larger one, because they were cheaper. Biggest mistake of my life. PSM is here in PG, and they take serious pride in their work. They were prompt, on time, on budget and above all, professional. I've had 1, count em 1! call back, due to a tiny leak in 10 years, which they handled super quick and painlessly. The other company-who-shall-not-be-named has been horrible, and any money I saved I paid for in stress and waiting on phone calls and lawyers to get things fixed. Sure they might be a tiny bit more expensive, but what you're paying for is pride, supporting the local economy and most importantly, peace of mind, which is a lot more affordable than your healthcare costs due to stress! My roofing heros

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Prince Sheet Metal & Heating Ltd. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
