I reached out to Northshore on 10/6 and they were very kind, said they could come out the next day to see the house and give an estimate. I heard nothing from them for days so I called again on 10/11. They apologized and went to the house that day. Gave me a quote via text and said they could do the repair that day. I did not hear from them again until 10/16 when they texted me that they had been sick and not able to do the work and it would be best if I called someone else. Very poor customer service. If you are under the weather, don't offer to do the work that day. Five days in between hearing from them each time is a waste of my time and thankfully not something that was more urgent. I will be bringing my business for this matter and any other future matters for roof/siding elsewhere.

Had these guys show up Tuesday morning and they went after it did a really nice job and we had a mess on our roof. We had more rotten boards all kinds of issues from the last time. The roof was put on these guys killed it , in and out fast cleaned up their mess. If I had another house, they’d be on the roof.

Northshore Roofing did an exceptional job replacing my roof in October 2025. I interviewed 5 local roofing companies for the job and Northshore impressed me the most. The owner arrived quickly, inspected the roof and provided a clear, accurate estimate for the work. The owner also assisted in choosing the roofing type, color and answered all of my questions before and during the process. His crew was friendly, professional and efficient. The owner performed the installation with the crew. These guys worked hard and did great work! I strongly recommend Northshore Roofing.
