Good work, HORRIBLE at keeping appointments. Horrible at accepting payments. Roofing contractor tried to sad sack me when I was doing everything in my power to pay the guy.

For starters you gave me the wrong adress. Wasting my time. Then we get to the right place. Give you a bid you accept we install a very nice roof system for you. Then you want us to use a syncrohny card to make payment. Syncrony is only for online purchases you can't even use them at a convenience store. All in all thank you for your business. I dont think we deserve a 3 star review because of your payment issues.

I was getting quotes and trying to best time our roof replacement, and Ron was patient and worked with us throughout our multi-year quoting, his quoting was by far the most consistent across all the roofing businesses that I talked with for 3 years. He was open, willing to talk, and professional throughout. Dakota was good to work with on-site, and the crew was professional, and communicated with us consistently throughout the process. We have ~3000 sqft roof plus a pole barn, and 6 skylights. Post-job cleanup was good, few small bits and pieces that were hiding under plants and what not, but otherwise excellent. Also very appreciative of the crew taking care to save a few of the old skylights for us to use for chicken coop projects. Replacement was completed in Summer 2026, and the few storms that have rolled through the roof hasn't had any issues. Good crew, good foreman, good business.
