  Last month they did a drone inspection of my roof, stating a had hail damage. I had another roofer provide me with a physical inspection. It was determined, there was No Hail damage to my roof.

  Great job. Easy process beginning with Stefan our salesman. The roofers did a great job. The operations manager Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Northpoint Roofing.

  Northpoint Roofing Team is just fantastic. Thank you Brian (Sales) , Thank you Colby ( Site Project Manager), Thank you roofing team !. The whole process was flawless, and fast : Drone inspection , documentation for claim , follow up with insurance, planning of the replacement , well documented and well explained process. Colby rocks, with his professionalism, his command of the job , his well mannered attitude. The Northpoint Team has reconciled me with contractors in general ! Yes there is hope, there is NorthPoint Roofing !!. **** UPDATE October 26th 2024 *** After this terrific job from Northpoint sales and install team, the back office folks are sending a collector after me - Northpoint damaged my AC lines and I faced several thousands of dollars of additional cost to get my house in order. No fault admitted by Northpoint *** Read the fine prints . I still hope this is going to end up nice for me .Keep you posted. ***

  We dealt with Chris McInnish of Northpoint Roofing Systems. He was very helpful and thorough assisting us in filing an insurance claim for hail damage to our roof. The claim was initially denied but he continued to work with us as we resubmitted the claim which was then approved. Once approved, Northpoint quickly scheduled and completed replacing our roof. Brandon, the supervisor of the roofing crew was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and kept us informed of the progress. We, without reservation, would highly recommend Northpoint Roofing Systems.

  Ethical, knowledgeable and pleasant, Northpoint Roofing’s representative Brian Hardwick gave us a good look at our existing roof problems and we plan to pursue a solar shingle option with his company.

  Could not have been a better roof replacement experience. From first contact with Arik for all things preliminary to the onsite manager Colby, there were no surprises and no mishaps. Highly recommend Northpoint Roofing. Professional & efficient.

  Probably the best service that I had received in a very long time. These folks care about their customers and their business. They communicated with me every step of the way, almost unreal, how organized and on time. I hope everyone uses them for their roof work. Well done Northpoint roofing systems.
