  Our property management company hired B&W to assess the cause of leaking windows in our townhome. Rather than inspect our roof with drone images or physically going up on it, B&W charged our HOA to nail an ugly piece of aluminum to our roof. They did not properly seal the many, many new holes they punched in our shingles and the leak got worse. Some of the punctures were not sealed at all. They also cracked our siding and failed to seal it properly and fixed with one random nail they didn’t even bother to paint over. If you want a contractor that would rather rip you off and ruin your roof than try to diagnose your issue, hire B&W. The HOA is now having to pay to replace all the damaged shingles rather than the small area of roof that had a hole in it. Which a different contractor found and B&W totally missed because they never actually inspected our roof. In fact, B&W’s aluminum disaster actually funnels water toward the original hole.

  They are buy far the worse company that I have ever dealt with. I am a property manager and we had to go with another company due to them not showing up when they said that they would...and doing poor-quality of work where my residents' roofs are still leaking after the roofs were repaired. We will never use them again and I have spread the word to my other colleagues to not use them either. It was pretty bad.

  Excellent company to work with. Needed repairs two separate times for leaks due to another roofing company's poor workmanship. B&W was super in taking care of repairing leaks. Great job and no problems. Everyone from office staff to roofing repair provided great service.

  Repair person outstanding. He diagnosed problem on ground within minutes, arrived promptly to perform repair. And the cost very fair. The company is honest and trustworthy, in my opinion. The repair person revealed to me what led up to the damage.
