Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 11 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
The only one or two-star review we hold for Northeast Contracting Company.

Nearly hit me at an intersection driving carelessly and recklessly, the driver then proceeded to flip me off and curse at me. Saw him continue to drive recklessly afterward. Stay away from doing business with people like this. Super rude guy.
Other reviews we hold
6 more of the 7 reviews we hold text for, most recent first. We do not hold every review Google has.

Another 1st experience with Northeast team! Jamie Vacarezza is the standard gold on how to run a project. He works with some of the best in the business with Craig Decamp & Randy Smalley. We have a great relationship with them and always look to the next opportunity to join them. Candice McCoy has assembled top notch industry professionals.

Returning to a site like DC21 at Equinix is a responsibility our team understands well. After completing Phase 1 in 2025, NECC is back in Reston, VA supporting Phases 2 and 3 of this mission-critical facility. Continuing work alongside DPR Construction reflects an established foundation of trust, coordination, and field-tested execution in a live, high-security environment. The current scope includes installation of a PVC roofing system designed to support performance, reliability, and long-term protection in a data-center setting—where precision, sequencing, and uptime are non-negotiable. Work at this scale requires disciplined coordination across multiple phases, careful integration with other trades, and a clear understanding of the operational constraints unique to data centers. It’s an environment that demands preparation, consistency, and accountability, standards our team is accustomed to delivering. As work continues in 2026, our focus remains on executing each phase with the same level of care, discipline, and attention to detail that brought us back to the site.Mar 4, 2026Learn more

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 11 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Northeast Contracting Company. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
