My first call to this company was December 18, 2025. I was impressed that a roofing professional was sent to my home that day. He was thorough and diagnosed the issue that was causing the leakage into the house, it was not the roof. He said he would call after Christmas to set up a visit by a repair crew, and send me a quote. This was as good as my interactions got, however. January 6, 2026, and I texted him on the email with a quote and possible times for work, and I got a "sorry, your file was in the wrong pile." Subsequent texts were ignored, and I called the office on January 13, when I was assured that someone would call or email a quote and possible times right away. Nothing. Called another roofer in the forest city of London and set up a time. Called again on February 6, and received a call back, but no email, no quote, no date for work. Meanwhile, the other contractor has attended and fixed the problem, which they correctly diagnosed as well. It would seem this company just does not want your money; despite my persistence, they resisted all attempts at obtaining my money in exchange for work. I wasted almost 7 weeks of my time, trying to get them to respond, and I never got a quote or a date for work. I would not call this company if it was the only one left in town. They really do not seem to want customers' money, and they act accordingly.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 2 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on North London Roofing Ltd.. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
