  Had David come out and price out a new roof on our house . He ended up damaging our shingles during his inspection now my roof leaks when it didn't before. So now i also need a new ceiling in my kitchen after the heavy rain the other night , so thanks a lot for that ! On top of that his price was almost twice the other guys .

  We do not go on roofs for roof estimates. We never have and never will. If you paid for a roof inspection, I would have record of your name and address on file and could check our records. As you would be a paying customer. If you are a customer, I do not understand why you wouldnt call us, as insurance would pay to fix anything that may have been damaged. We do not run away from things we damage by mistake, and have never damaged anything without bringing it to the homeowners attention that we will fix it. David also has not done any of the estimates this past year as his mother had been ill and he was looking after her until recently when she passed away. I am confused who you even could be. Please leave me your real name and I can look up in our records what work, if any we did for you. What confuses me even more is that in the 15 years I personally have been roofing, I have never seen a persons kitchen ceiling fall down or have to even be replaced unless it had been leaking for a very long time and was neglected. Why were you getting a roof estimate if your roof wasn't old or leaking. There are so many things you have stated that does not make any sense. By the sounds of it though, you either have the wrong company, or you are a spiteful business owner who we have not done work for and we have left a bad review for 2 weeks ago and then you called and yelled at us to take it down after calling my cell twice and my husbands 3 times from 2 different phone numbers until one of us answered.

  Contacted David to re-align a gutter in the winter on a tight timeframe due to having to leave for an extened time for a family emergency. He came by promptly to estimate, scheduled the next warm day to do it. Great. Day before he pushes an expensive system to de-ice the roof which was not suited for my needs. He even hung up on me during the call discussing it. Then texts me that he'd come by anyways. Spent a couple hours preparing to remove an icedam and preparing the property for access. Day of he texts to cancelled at the hour of the appointment then went unresponsive. Totally left me in a bind, unreliable, unprofessional and just plain mean.

  Hi Terry. I am sorry you were not happy with the estimate provided to you. You are correct you had contacted us about realigning your trough due to ice daming issues. I told you after seeing the area of concern that this was not the proper way to fix the problem. I told you this over the phone. You did not like what he proper fix was. I am not in the business of doing work that has no point, to take customers $ for something that wont fix the proble... I had my call cut off because we were driving in the country, which I explained to you. I had to go back out of town the following day to a flat roof repair at a restaurant. I text you back the price to do the repair that would work, and you were not interested. Sorry I could not help you. However leaving a nasty rating doesn't help you either. I told you how to fix the problem, if you change your mind, you have my number. You called me for an estimate. I gave it to you. Just because you didn't like it, doesn't mean you call a person nasty. Find someone else who will do what you want. It won't fix your problem though. Just wasting your $.

  David addressed the fact that my bathroom was not exhausting properly by installing a new vent in my roof and an insulated flex line from said vent to my ceiling fan. He is easy to talk to and good at explaining things. I liked the fact that he did what he said he was going to do with respect to the whole process.

  From estimate to completion, we were so pleased with the integrity and professionalism of David and his team. The quality of the products, the installation and clean up were great. It has been a year and we have had no issues. We would highly recommend them.

  David and Meredith responded quickly to our inquiry following a rain storm and came out the next day to repair a roof leak! Friendly, experienced and a pleasure to do business with. Showed us the problem, options to fix and got it done. 2 year guarantee. Good value. I recommend them. In the Byron area.

  I called in the morning as I had some shingles removed by the wind. That afternoon they were there repaired my roof and this was not a roof they had put on. Super nice people cleaned up after. I'm very happy and would highly recommend. I've had some shady roofers over the years but Meredith and Dave are great!
