The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

I absolutely love our new standing seam metal roof with new Alu-rex gutters, gutter guard, downspouts, and fascia covers! My dad was a residential builder and professional contractor for over 45 years, who I worked with and learned from to understand what a job well done looks like. I have to say that Nortek delivered some of the finest quality work that I have ever seen – the bespoke craftsmanship, forming of the roofing on site, and attention to detail in the estimate and work were incredible. Alex, John and the crew were very professional, prompt, safe, responsive to any questions or things noted, and kept the site clean. They also worked with other contractors to ensure proper roof transition to ensure complete water protection. In summary, the work done by Nortek exceeded my expectations every step of the way and received good value for money. If you are wanting a new roof, I highly recommend you call Alex at Nortek. Andrew
