  Do not use Norris. They replaced the singles but had to change my chimney flashing. They insured me the chimney area was sealed and they would come back in a few days with the flashing to finish the job. For the next ten days, rain was pouring into my house from the chimney hole because it was not sealed properly. Our calls/voice mails were ignored all that time.

  I can't say enough about Norris Roofing! The team worked long days in the blazing heat, installing my new roof and cleaning the entire area afterwards. I was really impressed with everyone, from Mark, who gave me a detailed quote, to the guys who did the work. I'd definitely recommend Norris!

  We contacted Norris Roofing as we needed the eave troughs on the front of the house replaced. Mark was thorough in letting us know what needed to be done and the cost. The crew arrived on time, did a great job, and after a couple of rains the eaves are draining properly again. We will certainly give Norris Roifing a call when the other eaves need replacing.

  Highly recommend Norris Roofing. We have used them for both our house and garage roof replacements. They provide such great service, communication is top notch and the installers are fast friendly, reliable and do a thorough job of cleaning up afterwards. Our experience has been 5 star every time! Pricing is same or better than others we received quotes from. Very flexible and easy to work with.

  Thanks Rob! Norris roofing came to assess why our porch ceiling was suffering water damage through the balcony above. Rob knows his stuff and is an honest man. Instead of quoting a big job involving taking apart the balcony floor and resealing the roof he says this looks like a small leak and spent time investigating the source. A bit of caulking and macivering the air conditioning drain and problems solved at low cost. I highly recommend!!

  I can’t say enough great things about this company. Mark was prompt on getting back to me on everything, from start to finish. Pricing is fair and competitive. Their crew was amazing! Very polite and friendly. Even my neighbour was impressed. Their clean up was impeccable. I have yet to find a nail. My roof looks great. I would highly recommend Norris Roofing.

  We had an eavestrough that was leaking over our front door. Rob assessed the damage and offered us a few different options for repairing short and long term. He was able to fix the issue, on the spot, quickly and efficiently. We feel his prices were very fair. We'll be reaching out again with any roof issues. Thanks Rob!

  My husband and I had a skylight that was leaking. Rob’s team came out right away to assess. Looked after ordering the new skylight for us. When his team showed up to install, they were extremely neat,thorough and very polite. Would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

  Had skylights replaced and caulked and work was done cleanly and efficiently at reasonable cost. Will continue to use them if we have any further issues with our roofing!

  Had a bit of a leak on my front porch/balcony. John reached out and within a week the job was done. No leak no mess. The crew that did the job were all incredibly knowledgeable professionals and hilarious. Would recommend Norris to anyone that asks and will definitely be using them again when we inevitably have to do our roof in the future. Thank you John and your amazing team.
