  GEXR did a complete roof replacement of our house 3 years ago. This included a consultation with Dave a couple of times to discuss the project to remove all the underpinning (plywood), replace the shingles, soffit, fascia and gutters and downspouts. Service was professional and work were excellent, led by Taylor, cory, and their teams. Given it was a full roof replacement and done during Covid when materials were experiencing supply chain issues, the total price was higher than normal, but the workmanship was worth it.

  A five-star rating isn’t high enough for GEXE Extreme Exteriors and Dave Spalla and his Team! From our first meeting, Dave’s expertise and professionalism stood out. He was thorough, honest, and genuinely nice — qualities that are rare these days. After inspecting our roof, Dave asked to check the attic and quickly uncovered major issues: poor venting, disconnected furnace stack and bathroom fan, and significant mold caused by a previous roofer’s negligence. We got three quotes — one company didn’t even call, and another ignored our concerns. GEXE’s price was in line with the others, but their attention to detail was on another level. We’re thrilled with our beautiful new black matte roof (50-year transferable warranty), upgraded venting, insulation, and properly reconnected stack and fan. The cost ran a bit higher due to mold damage, but it was absolutely worth it. Dave’s crew was respectful, efficient, and left our property spotless. We highly recommend GEXE Extreme Exteriors and Dave Spalla’s team — you won’t be disappointed!

  David was there for me within the hour late at night to cover up my skyligh that crashed. It was snowing and windy that night. A few days later, he was able to put a new skylight in, which looks very nice.

  David was knowledgeable and explained step by step what needed to be repaired. It was a relief to work with a trustworthy contractor after paying another Contractor $1,000 previously to fix the same problem. David exceeded expectation and worked Overtime to ensure the roof was repaired before the next rain storm! ...and sent me photos step by step! Thank you David! Thank you, thank you

  Had a leak after a storm. GEXR’s team were excellent to work with and came promptly and completed the repair quickly and cost effectively. Supper friendly staff would recommend GEXR to anyone in need of repairs or full roof replacement. Thanks again!

  GEXR go to extreme measures to protect your property and ensure quality is built-in! We just had our roof, soffits, fascia, eaves trough replaced with insulation added to the attic. Right from the start we knew GEXR Extreme Exteriors Inc. was going to be our company of choice. Dave thoroughly inspected our home and provided a very detailed estimate with a clear understanding of what was needed. He was very professional, knowledgeable and we never once felt pressured on our decisions. His team upgraded our home always focused on protecting our gardens, house, cleanliness and quality with a very personable touch. We highly recommend GEXR for your roofing needs. Great job!

  My wife and I are trying to sell our house and it was a bit of a time crunch for us to get the shingles done before the season was over. GEXR responded quickly to my initial call for service and the workers were at my house literally the next day for a quote. They began work the day after that and finished the job in just 2 days, working in the extreme heat. Jason and Tyler did an amazing job not only with the installation of the shingles, but the removal and cleanup process as well. If it wasn’t for our beautiful new shingles there’s no evidence that a crew was here at all! I highly recommend GEXR for anyone who needs their roof done if you want fair prices, friendly and fast service, and a roof to be proud of!

  We called on a Sunday night, Dave Spalla was here by noon on Monday! Dave was very informative, extremely thorough because he checked our entire roof and garage. He let us know what needed done, and the approx remaining life expectancy of our roof. He went above and beyond. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing exterior work done. He also does siding and eavestroughs. We could have not asked for a better experience! 5 stars across the board.
