If you see their truck pull up, call your general contractor and fire them immediately. DO NOT LET THEM DO ANY WORK ON YOUR HOUSE. They damaged my neighbours fence during repairs and dragged their feet to repair it, promising to repair it but eventually had to get my general contractor to do it. They also lied several, several times about it and kept changing their story about the damage. Left trash and nails everywhere and I had to PUSH them to clean up. Apparently just telling them I expect them to cleanup after themselves wasn't enough. Highly unprofessional, sloppy, and shoddy work. Less than a year later the white painted boards they replaced are peeling and now I have to hire someone else to do it properly.

This company subcontracted to our General Contractor introduced to us by our insurance company. They were generally a very messy trade. Their entire job was solely to install one window damaged in the August 2024 hail storm. They left our home heavily soiled with dirt and construction debris as they only did a cursory sweep. They did not bother to test the operating unit or demonstrate functionality. Minutes after they left I discovered one double hung sash did not operate due to a broken slide/spring that was finally replaced by the manufacturer 3 weeks later. They also forgot to install the screen stops, also installed by the manufacturer 3 weeks after. The helper asked us for water when he arrived « because he drank too much beer the night before ». That did not augur well. The two guys departed super fast without even telling us they were done. We now just realized the reason. They demolished a brand new just installed eavestrough when they slid the heavy picture window up the roof, likely dragging it on the eavestrough. I would not recommend these poorly trained, low customer service contractors for your project.

They were working on my neighbour’s property and they left nails on my front lawn. It’s unacceptable for a so called professional roofing company to leave behind dangerous materials on someone’s property. The worst part was they actually saw what they left, and ignored it and walked away. Saw it on camera when I was trying to figure out where all the nails came from.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nordika was subcontracted to repair my roof and siding after the hail last August. I have had to contact my initial provider multiple times due to the unprofessional service of this team. They broke items in our yard, they lost a piece of hardware attaching a light to our home, they removed pieces of fence/gate post and never put them back, they trampled some of my mature flowers and snapped a bunch of branches off of one of my recently planted, adolescent lilac bushes. They left ladders in front of our back door (collapsed, leaning against our home) that prevented my dog from leaving the house so my husband, who is injured, had to move the ladders to let her out. I couldn't help because I'm 7months pregnant. We received no warning they were returning to check the damages and repairs they needed to do, they just walked into our backyard, didn't knock on the door, on a Sunday. They blocked our driveway a few times, once preventing me from parking in my garage so I had to park across my street and walk with my toddler into my home. Their communication skills have been lacking, their workmanship is unsubstantial and underwhelming and they cause damage. I'm leary of checking the state of my attic due to the fact that the man I spoke to said they'd received a bunch of calls they the recent heavy rain was causing leaks in the recently repaired rooves. I have already contacted my initial provider to encourage them never to subcontract through this company again. *EDIT: the team returned to "fix" some of the things they have originally neglected to repair, and while one worker was on the roof, the other two left. After they returned with some supplies, a half-full beer was dropped from off of our roof. They grabbed the beer can off our driveway and immediately left. I'm still actually baffled that this happened and I wasn't being pranked. Ferociously unprofessional.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 7 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 6 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Nordika Project. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
