No name, no profile and no details? Typically people that have a genuine issue with a business provide details of their experience so the business can try to rectify or understand the customers concern. Pretty hard to do so with this type of “review” which should make people question the authenticity of it.

I had these guys lined up to come out and repair my house roof, they pulled a no show and never phoned to tell me they were not coming i waited around all morning, as a small business owner my self in three hills this is super unprofessional and I would not recommend Casa exterior, better off to pay the travel and bring some one out of red deer or Calgary.

Hi Warren, we had an inspector at your house shortly before 8am and no one answered the door when we knocked (brown wood siding on your home, black 3-tab shingles and white truck in the driveway). We did leave you a message at 1:31pm which you did not return. Sorry if there was confusion of the pre-arranged time we had scheduled. If you would like to call to discuss, please feel free to get in touch.

We had our whole exterior and roof done by Casa roofing and exteriors. They were awesome to deal with. Did an excellent job, and were extremely fast! Cleaned up after themselves. They were friendly, easy to work with and made the whole process pretty simple. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I highly recommend casa roofing. They were courteous and professional. A job was done in 2 days.. They stripped the old, replaced it with new, and it looks amazing. We are very happy.

Casa roofing crew recently completed a hail damage repair replacing shingles and vents. The two man crew spent about 5 days and worked very well together. They were very respectful of my property ensuring a cleanup at noon and at the end of the day. Overall I was very impressed with the crew and Casa and would highly recommend.

Great service Rick thank you! I called for a roof inspection and to get it repaired and they did it in efficient time and were very professional! He is a great businessman and didn’t try to rip me off by selling products I wouldn’t need! Could not recommend a better company to do your roof!
