From the very beginning phase of having a look at our complex roofing issue to the excellent work performed, to the invoice stage, Albert and his crew took so very good care of us and our home. The craftsmanship and professionalism was at the very top. We would highly recommend this team to anyone for the amazing value they extended us.

I am very happy that I chose Nivek Contracting to replace my skylights and redo my roof. From start to finish Albert and his team were knowledgeable, responsive and professional. They did an excellent job and my roof looks great. I highly recommend Nivek Contracting.

Albert was a pleasure to deal with. Always prompt to reply and answer any questions. The team that replaced my roof were good too. Only small complaint is that we asked them more than once to keep the gates closed because we have a dog that is a runner and they forgot a few times.

Thanks to Albert and his team for making the roof replacement less stressful and less difficult than I thought it would be. I had the complete roof, some soffits, all eaves and gutters replaced. Thanks to Albert - always in contact with me for every step and educating me on the process. Working with my insurance company to get them the documents needed. Showing up when you said you would, and making site visits to see everything progressing. I’m very grateful for all this. Thanks to the entire team - always on time and always respectful. The hard work and long hours they put in to my home is greatly appreciated. The attention to tidying up after each workday was noticeable by me. I am a happy customer and will always be recommending Nivek Contracting going forward. Trish Oro-Medonte

From beginning to end you are in good hands with Albert and his crew. Quick quotation, reasonable pricing, a thorough job and they kept my jobsite clean each day. Follow-up and final inspection when completed, and even a final cleaning for nails and debris. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Nivek! Don't hesitate to use them the next time you need a roof.

Nivek Contracting is an excellent company to work with. Fast communications and replies. Albert kept in touch and updated me through the whole process. Workers started on time and did an amazing job and even better clean up. You would not have even known there was any work done. Highly recommend them. Excellent and fair pricing as well. Would hire them again without hesitation.

Amazing company .. they came and installed brand new soft metals, eaves and siding on our house after the tornado in Barrie and we couldn’t be happier! The owner was extremely helpful with choosing a siding type and color and was always a phone call away if we needed anything. The crew was professional, very friendly and easy to talk to. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!
