Can only speak to my experience with this company. Extremely disorganized. Problem after problem with jobs. Have to revisit the majority of jobs multiple times to fix leaks. Plan on a 2 week job taking at least a month. The owner is …

My name is Nikolay Zagoruyko and I am the owner of the company and I wanted personally respond to this review. Damon Blizzard was hired to perform Project Management duties in our company in January 2019. His duties were: 1) Communicate with a customer and employees in a field 2) Hire subcontractors to perform quality work and approve invoices for completed work 3) complete projects in time and under set budget Unfortunately, after 3 month of work things started getting out of control. Damon was fired in May for not performing work duties. Damon personally described them in his message above. I personally apologize to everyone who is reading this, I thought we hired a professional person with self respect, but we made a mistake. Sorry.

I want to extend my sincere appreciation and admiration for the outstanding work completed by Niva Group, especially Nikolay, Sena, and the two hardworking men who were with them. They recently applied a silicone roof coating to our property, and the results were absolutely top-notch. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication stood out. Nikolay and Sena were incredibly organized and efficient in the office, making sure everything ran smoothly. The two men on-site worked tirelessly all day, showing impressive skill and commitment to getting the job done right. The finished roof looks fantastic and gives us complete confidence in its durability. It’s rare to find a team so dependable, hardworking, and focused on quality. I highly recommend Niva Group and would gladly work with them again in the future! Kathy & Andrew Parker

Five stars aren't enough to rate Niva. Loved all aspects of their services. They were prompt, professional and performed the job as exactly as requested. Like most homeowners, I am always weary of hiring random contractors to do work on my house. I am so glad I called Niva. I will use their services again, and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I hired Niva Group through a referral from a well-respected general contractor in the region whom I trust. Niva Group removed and replaced my flat roof with a TPO application. Nick and his team were timely, professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. They completed the job in one day. Highly recommend.

5 Stars! Absolutely a wonderful company to work with, after speaking to the office manager and the Roofing Supervisor gentleman, whom came to our home to give a free estimate, at our own convenience and time, for a roof replacement and …

"What does it actually cost to coat a commercial roof?" It's the first question every building owner asks — so here's a straight answer. A professional silicone roof coating typically runs $3–$6 per square foot installed, versus $8–$15 per square foot for a full tear-off and replacement. That's a 50–70% saving, with most jobs finished in just 1–3 days and no interruption to your business below. The exact number depends on your roof's condition, size, and how much prep it needs. The only way to know yours is a free on-roof assessment — and we send a written quote within 48 hours.Jun 28, 2026Learn more
