  Terrible customer service. Called and left a message over two weeks ago to get an estimate on some work and still have not received a call back. Guess they’re not interested in doing the work. At least have the courtesy to let us know.

  A manager came out for an estimate for new gutters and insulated siding. After two weeks of no follow up, I had to email the office to ask when I would be receiving the quote. Then I received a text message with the estimate and links to siding manufacturers. That’s it; a text message for an official estimate for a $22,000 job. I responded to the text with a question about the information, got no reply and I haven’t heard a peep since and that was 2/27. Would not hire at all, based on this unprofessional first impression.

This is something we occasionally do to keep things moving efficiently, not as a substitute for a formal proposal. That said, we did miss your follow-up question, and we apologize for that oversight—that’s not the level of communication we aim to provide.   They came for estimates and are not reliable as they do not follow up for any work. Office does not pick up. I would stay away

  Pretty sad tale. We were referred and eventually got someone to come out. Got a bit of an estimate, but nothing formal. Finally, after six months, same person came out again, promised a firm estimate which we likely would have accepted, based on prior rough estimate. Six weeks, multiple calls, no response. Sounds like the do good work from reading the other reviews, but we never really even received the courtesy of return calls. Off my list for sure. Well, I definitely have the correct firm, and my contact spoke to someone there, probably Shane, and we spoke with Mike M when he would answer the phone, and he came out to see us twice. We never received a formal estimate, despite multiple requests. I am not happy that the owner tried to lay the blame on me - not in our records, do you have the right company etc.? Totally unprofessional.

  Highly recommend Tri County for exterior work. We had insulation, siding , windows and doors installed, and couldn’t be happier! The work crew was prompt, professional and respectful of our house. Communication was daily with updates and pictures. Clean up afterwards was exceptional. Very easy to deal with from start to finish . Many of our neighbors complimented on how good our house looks now . Completely satisfied. Bill W.

  Great Company. Did all they said they would do in the amount of time they said it would take. Came back to take care of some little things the next day. Cleanup was very good workers very respectful. Definitely recommend them for any renovations.

  Tri-County Exteriors replaced my sliding patio door and did an excellent job. The crew was professional, friendly, and clearly experienced. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The new door looks great and operates much smoother than the old one. What I appreciated most was how straightforward the whole process was. Fair pricing, no pressure, and good communication throughout. I’d definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking work.

  The Tri-County Exteriors team was very knowledgeable and professional about the work we needed done. They showed up at the scheduled time and completed the work efficiently.   Wade and Ryan did an excellent job on our Daughter's and Son in Law's Roof. They are true professionals. They communicated every step in the process both verbally and with photos. I highly recommend them.

  We LOVE our new side door! Tri-County was very helpful in explaining the options and provided reasonable pricing. They kept me up to date on timing, and really took pride in the installation. I'll come to them again for future home needs. Thank you!

  Amazing experience ! Professionals at every level of the organization. Very high quality work and exceptional attention to detail. Highly recommend them. They replaced our roof and siding and everything looks perfect. During the project, there is constant communication and oversight of every detail. I think I am a perfectionist but they do such a thorough review of all of the work that I could relax and just have confidence that everything would be perfect.

  I purchased windows from Tri-County Exteriors a year ago. After experiencing the significant difference with the new windows, I ordered more windows again and recently had them installed. My experience with Tri-County Exteriors was drastically different from that of the two top name window companies. First, Tri-County will install any brand window. They will recommend brands based on your specific need and budget. Second, Tri-County was so honest that when I discussed brands, they were not only knowledgeable but also honest and told me not to overpay for something that would not be worth the money. Third, the installation was excellent. Purchasing the best quality windows is a waste of money if they are not installed properly. Tri-County Exterior window installers are professional and experienced. I plan to continue to do business with Tri-County Exteriors not only for my window needs but also my siding and other projects.
