Brian came out to inspect the roof and provided an estimate the same day at a fair price. Once the job was scheduled, communication was outstanding. The project had to be pushed back a couple of times due to rain, but they were always quick …

I hired Nick Tracey Roofing & Exteriors for a roof replacement. They did an outstanding job from estimating the job to the clean-up. They arrived on time, installed the tarps to collect the debris and went right to work on the roof. The team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. They kept me informed with pictures throughout all stages of removal and installation. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and the finished result exceeded expectations. I was especially impressed with the meticulous attention to their clean-up process. I would highly recommend Nick Tracey Roofing & Exteriors to anyone looking for reliable service and top-quality exterior work.

Our experience with Nick Tracey Roofing was exceptional. From start to finish, every person was professional and courteous. Other companies were somewhat pushy when it came to the quote and signing a contract. We never felt rushed or pushed by Nick‘s company, and they took extra care to ensure we had a smooth process until the end. The crew that was at our house to install our new standing seam roof was hands-down, the best and hardest working people. They showed up each day shortly after 7 AM and worked long days with never faltering attention to detail. We could not be happier with the outcome. The roof looks amazing. We highly recommend Nick Tracey Roofing for your next project.

The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job. They communicated the entire process with pictures and videos during the entire installation. They left my patio and deck cleaner then how they found it. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a repair or replacement.
