The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Nicety roofing. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I was referred to Andy and Nicety Roofing by my parents who had their roof replaced by Andy and were extremely pleased with the quality, level of service, and price. Andy and his team came to reinforce our fascia board due to damage from squirrels. Andy came by for a quote and explained our options and was out doing the repairs soon after. They showed up on time, were very courteous and were very tidy. While doing the fascia reinforcement repair the team also noticed damaged cedar siding that was leaking and fixed that as well. Would highly recommend Andy and team.

Great service, came the same day, fixed it and decent pricing. Andy patched up my roof from a leak due to a big thunderstorm.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Nicety roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
