Came to look at our leaking roof and said they knew where the problem was. They spent 10 minutes patching then charged us their minimum call out $$$$$. The roof continued to leak. We called them back and found them very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Waited a week for them to come fix a lifted shingle (under warranty) amid heavy rain and hurricane winds, causing water damage to the interior of my home.

Received response a bit late . It is the only a few companies who work 24 hrs. They always pick the phone. Sean and John are very cooperative.

From call to job completion was under 2 hours. Very impressed with responsiveness, speed, and explanations given throughout. For comparison, another company I tried to contact had an automated reply saying they will only take information by email and I haven't heard back from them.
