  I approved forts quote on September 15th. Was told work would commence mid October. Now it's nearing the end of November, and still no work started. Communication was abysmal. Never any word on delays or potential start of work. All in all, a miserable experience. Do your homework, and don't assume they will get around to doing their work, and leaving you out to dry. I'll be sure to tell everyone of my experience. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option

Unfortunately, with the unusual weather and the hurricane we had over the last few weeks, our schedule was pushed back in ways that were completely out of our control. We also apologize for the lack of communication during that time. It’s disappointing to hear that you wouldn’t recommend us or are considering leaving a negative review before any work was completed. We take a lot of pride in the quality of our work, and our warranty is one of the best on the island. If there’s anything we can do to make this right or answer any questions, please let us know.   Roof installation went great, but damaged my brand new railing. After seeing this review, the company reached out trying to “make it right”. Been dodging every message ever since. This is completely unacceptable!!

  Called for a estimate & was told text address and details, followed up with call & now over 2 weeks later still waiting…. Guess not interested in wanting new customers.. Update on comments, wildfires got nothing to do with this. Your company was contacted weeks before any fire stared….

  Very pleased with the whole process, and end result!!! The roofers were polite and courteous!! When the work was completed, they were quite meticulous in making sure everything was cleaned up perfectly! All in all, it was a very positive experience!
