The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for New Roof and Solar. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

From start to finish, My whole experience with Sean and Rick And the entire team at New Roof was absolutely terrific. Getting a new roof is such a daunting project, but I felt put it ease. Everything was explained thoroughly. The contractors were incredibly friendly and approachable. Everything was communicated very clearly and directly. I would recommend new roof wholeheartedly.

We needed help with a leaky roof after the last snow storm. Shaun was honest and listened to our needs. He removed solar, repaired the roof and fixed broken tiles. Job well done.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 8, of which 7 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on New Roof and Solar. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
