You pay they come and tell you it’s repaired, but it is not. Best part is they don’t back their work.

I've been doing business with this company for over 13 years, and they have consistently exceeded expectations. Their team is highly professional, knowledgeable, and operates with integrity. It's rare to find a company that maintains such a high level of service year after year. I highly recommend them.

Cut cooling costs from the top down. If your building runs hot in the summer, your roof may be part of the problem. Reflective roof coatings can help reduce rooftop temperatures, lower AC demand, and improve energy performance without the disruption of a full roof replacement. Kodiak Roofing & Waterproofing helps facilities determine whether a cool roof coating is the right fit for their building. Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 23 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 23, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
