  Took a substantial deposit. Didn’t get to the work when we agreed upon. I asked for the deposit back and he did not return it. Unfortunately he passed away and now we can’t get a hold of anyone regarding this. I’m sorry for the family’s loss. But at the same time, my family is now doing without.

  Don't fall for the 4star rating like we did. Wished we did more research and asked around before hiring. If you are looking for a company that doesn't honor their work/ warranty then you find this with neverleak basement(Brent Skinner). We hired them the beginning of last year 2024. You have to stay on them to show up. We decided to hold off renovating the basement until winter. Our suspension was right. The work completed failed. Brent has provided us with multiple dates and still a no show. A waste of almost twenty grand at our end. Will update post and let everyone know when the work is finally completed. Hopefully in the year of 2025.

  We signed contract 2 years ago and the work is not complete yet. We cannot do anything because this guy just ignores us

  Trying to reach Brent or someone by all phones since early December 2022.. no luck.. have a contract sign June 18, 2022.. paid $10000, never started…. May be someone contact me before I do next step

  I hired NeverLeak to do interior waterproofing on my cinder block foundation with a sump pump install. Overall a solid experience. The crew was polite, efficient and answered any of my questions. Will certainly be keeping them in mind for any future jobs that come up!

  Just had my basement and sump pump pit and pump repaired by Brent Skinner & team. This was a large task for us. It was a little overwhelming. Brent visited us on many occasions to discuss the plan in great detail. He handled ALL my questions and requests with the most professional manner and was very forthcoming on each step. His communication is stellar. He always kept us informed. His personality is also admired. We ran into unforeseen issues with our water tank that caused us to not have hot water for many days as we waited for the part to arrive. He went above by purchasing a BRAND new tank to ensure we didn't go without water until we could fix our owned water tank. He really is aware of the needs of his customer and will do anything to ensure you are NOT put out. This is an amazing skill and service. I noticed my one eaves trough was not draining properly and all I had to do was ask for him to look at and he had it unplugged in a few days while here for the main job. I've had bad experiences in the past with some contractors and I am happy to say I've found a new company to take care of any issues that may arise in future. I highly recommend Brent and his team. You are guaranteed quality work, service and communication. The work is also under a warranty that remains with the home, not the purchaser. HUGE bonus! That is a company that stands behind their work. Well done Brent and Team. We are very satisfied with the finished product and the relationship we have built.   Update Aug 01,2024. Well it was time for me to retire and to downsize for myself and my elderly Mum. So I sold that great big house and because of my past experience with Brent Skinner of NeverLeak Basement Repairs and Home Renovations I had him look at a park model home that I had purchased and I stated that I wanted it gutted and redone completely, inside and out. There were many road blocks that popped up but they were handled quickly and efficiently and everyone just carried on. Brent and his amazing workers once again did not fail to produce a beautiful job that I am extremely proud to live in and call my retirement home. I have a ton of pictures that I would love to share but thought I would share with you just a few of them. I highly recommend Brent Skinner for any job that you need to be done. I would definitely give Brent Skinner and his workers and their dedication to their workmanship and quality a 20 out of 10. I have attached the photos ................................................................................................ Once upon a time not that long ago there was a single lady [me] that had a huge water problem in the basement of my very large and old Victorian home. After going thru a few company quotes, I met up with Brent Skinner. His concern and professionalism gave me comfort and he explained every aspect of the job that needed to be done. With an engineering report in hand it was determined that the water issue had to be resolved from the inside of the house. Brent and his very skilled workers did such an amazing job and what a job that was. My 5'5" ceiling was now 7 feet with radiant heating in the floor and a massive family room. It ended up perfectly done and is still good to this day. And then a massive tree fell in my back yard at 5am in the morning, took out my big shed, two fences, my car, another tree and the main power line was right across the road.   I contacted Never Leak with a backed up basement toilet and ended up with a newly renovated basement suite. Initially I needed my sewer pipes replaced from the house to the road as tree roots had destroyed the old pipe material from the 1960’s. This was done in preparation for a new three piece bathroom in the basement. From there, they built the walls and space for a bedroom, kitchenette and living area. Brent and his crew updated wiring, laid flooring, installed a fire exit window, painted walls/trim, created a custom tiled shower, installed lighting, updated my soffit/fascia, just to name a few things. Being an older house, we had some bumps along the way but Brent and his crew always found an economical solution to get the job done and stick to my budget. I was very happy with the end result and my experience with Never Leak. They are my go-to now for any of my plumbing or contractor needs. Thanks Brent for all the hard work and dedication from your team!!

  Having renovations done can be a stressful time. Brent and his team understand, they use their expertise and know how to schedule work and keep it moving. If, like me, you run into problems they have the experience, knowledge and out of the box thinking that are appreciated when it comes to issues. The team that worked on my home are not your typical renovation personnel. They are professional, courteous, and caring. They took each project as it came, usually with a twist or calamity, and worked out the problem with the best possible approach and economy. I enjoyed working with them but more importantly they helped make my house a lovely home. Thanks to all of you.

  We hired Brent and his team to add structure and roof to our older home. An upgrade that was long overdue and Brent’s guys did a great job and we are happy with the results. Brent stayed on budget for this project as well! Great job Jay and Mike!

  Ten years ago or more Never Leak repaired my basement wall from the outside. I live in a condo townhouse he did all three sides. I have never ever had a water issue from the outside coming in again. Previously, before his repair I had multiple floods in my basement. Thanks
